While him being ripped in half was cool, that was one of the stupidest plots ever. Didn't Maggie say they had like 3 or 4 wells? who the hell is going to drink out of that well afterwards anyways?
Pretty stupid and you knew that pipe was going to give way.
so far for season 2 it's been a great big yawnfest! Even glenn and maggie going to the pharmacy was too easy.

You don't need to read the comics because it never happened in them.

Someday I'm going to have to come back and read this thread clicking all the spoiler buttons.
I'm caught up on the episodes, but just too afraid people are posting about things in the comic books.
I should really just stay away from the whole thread.

Lives In Fear Of Labelling

I just recently got caught up on the comic series. Yes compared to the comic the TV series is weak, but most adaptations of comics are.
All I hope for is Michonne, the Governor and the prison. Then I will be happy!

How does one lost that spoiler bar thing?
I like this show and the wife thinks I'm nuts for doing so. Well, for more reasons that I won't get into. I don't mind the last few episodes on the farm. Its character development and is logical. I do see the irony about logic in this show.

Remember when they went to the CDC? The doctor was dictating into something; saying words to the effect that he isn't sure why he is continuing- that nobody is listening anymore. Then he tells everybody that France was the last place to hold out; but they did fall as well.
If it has gone as far as France, I'd say it is a world-wide epidemic.

When my friend asked about the show I said the same thing. The first season wasn't really that good, but a lot happened (because of it being a 6 ep. season). This season it seems even less is going to happen, and there are 7 more episodes.
I can't even be bothered to watch it anymore because I think it's so damn boring. I watch the new episodes like a week after they air (having downloaded them 5 days earlier).
I'm really hoping the show picks up because I think the writing has been awful so far. Do something for god sake.

I really like the show and everything, but the rate at which it is progressing is really starting to piss me off. I feel like all the stuff that actually happens and is actually interesting (ie the encounters with the walkers - especially from tonights episode) could happen within like the first 20-30 minutes of each episode and then they could move on to another action scene so I'm not sitting there for 45 minutes bored out of my mind.

Great episode, that was a lot of fun to watch. Zombie kill of the week goes to Darryl for that lateral stick to the face.
Going to exit the thread so you ####ers don't ruin it for me.

I think he was talking about Glenn, expected he was about to get munched on, stumbling into the barn filled with zombies.

I love the series and I love the season....having said that they really need to pick up the pace here...first three episodes stuck on the road...next three on the farm...kind of hoping things get moving.

Each episode I think this has to be the one where we find out if Sophia is dead or alive. She has to be alive as I don't see them dragging on this story for her just to be dead.
I actually thought for some reason that Sophia was gonna be in the hayloft. Now that would have been crazy.
