You're right, you don't, and I don't really care if you deliver one, but if you are going to make big claims you can't expect people aren't going to call you to back it up.
Why don't you say why you think UT is in trouble? It could actually be an interesting topic, instead it's a throw out a claim and clam up routine. What's the point of that?

Nor did they deserve to be.

Well that sucks.
I guess now all the "big" school fans can stop crying and being scared of getting beat by Boise and instead pump their chests as thought their programs are so much better.

Alas, it's true for another year...though Georgia was doing their best to help the Broncos out. Oh well, next year.

They lose 18 seniors including Kellen Moore. I'd doubt they'll be good next season.

Gotta say, love those Irish helmets. And I hated the ones they broke out for USC 2 weeks ago.

I was hoping that Boise would find a way to get to the championship game.
First, it would give Boise the shot they want.
Second, assuming LSU gets there, they'd house Boise by 30.

Boise State will get their chance when they get into a Big Conference.
The Big East maybe?

Probably although at this point its debatable whether the Big East still deserves an automatic bid. They are going to be terrible next year with the losses of PITT, Syracuse and WVU.

Arizona State is going to lose in Pullman. What the hell happened to the defense that was so good the first half of the season? UGH.

Good night for OU. The Bedlam game is like a national semi-final if both teams go in with no more defeats.
Alabama and Ore had there chances. The real chaos happens if LSU loses to Arkansas. n that scenario, score etc would factor in but you have to think one of LSU, Alabama or Arkansas gets into the national champ game with the SEC dominance in recent years.
The other slot also is wide open, Ore, OU/OSU winner, OSU with one loss, maybe 2 SEC teams although I doubt it.

OK state is the only team that controls their destiny. They win they are in.

Here's an interesting BCS Scenario. Assuming OK State loses to OK.Does a 1-Loss Alabama team get into the BCS game over a 1-loss Oklahoma or 1-loss Oregon team?
I really don't think you can possibly put them through, as that would mean, with their loss to LSU, Alabama actually made their road to the title game easier. Instead of having to play a hot (but in my opinion not that great) Georgia Bulldog team in the SEC championship game, and in the process opening up another possibility of a loss, the Tide would get a bye week (and no other potential loss).

I was thinking about all the potential scenarios today and in pretty much all of them I have Alabama as the third choice between OU, OK and Bama. They had their shot at home and didn't get the job done. I don't see any reason to give them another shot at LSU. I don't see them getting in if LSU loses either, that just makes their loss look worse.
