Ya, playoffs should be no problem this year since we have a bit of a cupcake schedule. I'm actually looking forward to playing some playoff caliber teams so we can see how we measure up.

Yep, this season has turned into a huge disappointment and if I don't really don't know what to say if Andy Reid doesn't take the fall for it. The players haven't been executing very well but this team looks unprepared every single week, and the Castillo hiring has proved to be a complete failure.

Pats have waived Haynesworth. Can Ochocinco be far behind?

I personally think Welker, Gronkowski, Hernandez, Branch, plus all their backs are better receiving options than Ocho Cinco. The lack of a real outside threat is starting to hinder the Patriots offence, as teams are figuring out how to game plan better against the middle of the field mismatches that the Patriots love.

I don't think it's a co-incidence that the Bengals seem to be much better off without him. He had some athleticism, but doesn't run particularly great routes, and is getting up there in age. You want to live in the NFL as an older receiver, you need one of two things, seriously rare athletic talent, or you have be surgical in how you run your routes to beat defenders.

Ocho had 3 catchable balls thrown at him Sunday, zero receptions.

Good thing they took two RBs with a combined 31 rushes for 130ish yards instead of recievers like Torrey Smith or Randall Cobb.

Belicheat obviously gets a lot of credit for winning the SB's that he did but he has made some very odd draft decisions lately and FA decisions that almost seem like he is stubborn to prove that his way is perfect rather than do what makes sense.

Are the other two guys standing on a higher level or is Jay Glazer 3 feet tall?

I have heard Frank making fun of his height on FOX but he looks tiny on this pre-game show.

A couple of interesting calls in this game. The fake punt where Jammer mugged the "gunner". Now the guy out of bounds touching the ball on the TD that was taken off the board.

I didn't know a defender who is out of bounds then reaches over to touch the ball makes the ball incomplete on a pass play. Defenders should do that more often!

Shouldn't that be a penalty? It is when the offensive guy goes out of bounds who is then the first player to touch the ball.

It's like someone influenced Vincent Jackson to dog it on every deep ball tonight. That was terrible.

Rivers is getting all the heat but when you see the effort that Jackson puts in and the effort Vincent Brown puts in, its a joke. if i am the chargers, Jackson is gone at the end of the year. he clearly doesnt care. Rivers has been off all year but at least he cares.

perfect game plan tonight by Hue

should work even better when Run DMC comes back, a couple of those long ones Bush had McFadden would have turned in to TD's

Doesn't have to do with the game itself tonight, Brad Nessler and Mike Mayock are major upgrades over Bob Papa and Joe Theismann on Thursday Night Football.

Haha, absolutely attrocious effort by the Chargers. I thought the Bears' offensive line was the worst in the league, but it looks like we have some competition. Its pretty embarrasing that Tebow and Co. Almost put up 50 and Rivers can't hit the three TD mark.

Worst division in the NFL, and I feel bad for whichever team has to take their pathetic team to the postseason.

That's not much of an upgrade. Nessler has no clue what offsides is. And he called a safety when Matthews was tackled at the two yard line on a free play because the defense was offside. Wasn't even close.

Seems like the Bears have cleaned up their o-line a bit.. the chargers might be lucky to win another game this year. a full rebuild has to happen, their window has closed.
