Let me know how soon into the show it takes Bryn to start glossing on the Oilers.
Post the time lol

Thats all fine and good for joe blow...but this guy is supposed to be a professional. Part of being a pro involves knowing the market you serve. If he is ignoring that and being lazy by going back to what he knows, he shouldnt be surprised if management hears it from the audience.
I would expect that he might have gone the other direction and avoided the Oiler talk as much as possible for fear of alienating his audience. Unfortunately this is obviously not the case.

Some guy with a voice I don't like, who attempts to make jokes that are not funny or relevant during sports discussions.

Did you guys ever listen to Bryn on the Team 1260 out of Edmonton. The guy was one of the biggest Oiler apoligists on the air. Even when the Oilers were at their worst, Bryn and his idiot on air pal Jake, spent all of their air time taking shots at the Flames while making excuses for the Oilers. Doesn't surprise me in the least that he talks about the Oilers on the air here in Calgary too. He's an Oiler fan boy.

He is a total Oiler fanboy you can tell even when he is trying not to be...what has happened to this city? you will probably get more flack going out in Calgary in a flames jersey than an Oilers jersey. Raiders sucked for years but you might get shot if you when to Oakland in a 49ers jersey

I might not be the biggest fan of Pat Steinberg, but at least the guy is a Flames Fan.

He has been hating on the Stamps since he came too...he just doesn't see it with them. They have the same record as the other 5 first place teams lol

Bryn just isn't smart enough to combat Pat's arguments. Bryn was on with Francis this afternoon and he made Francis sound like Toe Blake or Scotty Bowman.

I gave Bryn a chance but I can't listen to the guy. The rest of the guys on there are great from walker, boomer, steinberg, and warrener. Chev and Nasty aren't my cup of tea but at least they have insights listeners can't get from anywhere else. I put Bryn and his few and far between insights below everyone else at the Fan. I wouldn't miss him if he was gone. I'll take Loubo any day.

Bryn is not my cup of tea - I miss Kerr - I don't get what people didn't like about him - he was very knowledgable.
I would be happy with PeterL coming in and replacing Bryn.

After the win tonight he was talking about the back 2 back in Buffalo he repeatedly stated "I'm not stirring the pot" but does Karrlson get the start tomorrow. Is he implying there is a goalie controversy? He cant be that daft, so what the hell is his point? Maybe I'm missing something. Wouldnt be the first time.

Dead air would be better to listen to then his prodding of anything negative of the Flames and lap dog love for the Oilers.

Bryn is lame. Boomer and Walker suck.
Steinberg has gotten better over time and I think he is the best of what is left.
Fan960 really suffering without Mike Richards and Rob Kerr.
The best sportsradio in Calgary lately is when Kerr or PL make a guest appearance.

I listened to him a lot today, and tried to like him. He knows very little about hockey and can't carry a radio program. It's confusing why he was given so much responsibility without testing him out on air first.

Francis is opinionated and even if we don't agree with him, he is experienced and will rip newboys like Bryn to shreds every time.

Boomer and Warrener have really good chemistry; the bit where they role-played asking Jarome to waive his NMC to go to Pittsburgh was hilarious.
Boomer isn't a natural morning guy though, he's much better suited to the afternoon slot.
As for Pat, I was never a huge fan, though it's tough to argue that he isn't light-years better at his job than when they first started letting him talk.
