wow i'm having a hard time. its so hard for me. I've never had a BF game before so I'm still getting use to all theh controls.

So I flew for about 3 seconds in a chopper and got about 2 minuets in a jet. Then I hit the b button and jumped out of the plane...

The Battlefield learning curve is a strange one. Can't really play it like Halo/CoD.
I've heard using a joystick is best for flight. I've also heard that using a 360 controller is adequate myself, but I've never tried it myself.
I tend to stay away from jets. Even if I'm able to fly one, 10 seconds in the air and I've got a missile locked on to me.

I want to know how to back out of a server when it's at an intermission.

If I hear someone complain about wallhacking one more time I'm gonna scream.
Seriously, the Internet isn't magic, it takes time for information to travel, so while you duck behind that wall on the other guy's computer you haven't ducked yet for 100+ms (and probably longer because you're the guy with 300 ping). This has been the way it is for online games since forever.
And that's not even what wallhacking really IS!

That was fast. I tried wall hacking in Counter-Strike once, just to see what the fuss was about. It was incredibly boring, and made the game look ugly.

Hopefully Punkbuster picks up on that pretty quick. Also - this is another reason why dedicated servers are the win. Having a moderated server with a perm ban setting allows people to play without cheaters.

I can't join an empty server, because it needs 7 players.
I don't want to wreck other people's game just by screwing around in a jet.

Let's have a CKP platoon practice round? Create a server and then just have training on jets/choppers?
