Download hotspotshield
disconnect and reconnect from the IP anonymizing server and vote to your hearts content.
We can take back the lead! Takes less time than airplane mode on my phone and always gives you a new IP

I woke up for a few minutes and banged out like 30 more votes.
I was just thinking that an AutoIt script might do the trick here. It's super easy to learn if anyone has a method for spamming votes on a desktop PC. Would be really easy to setup with a mobile Internet stick.

Saw the post about hotspotshield. That combine with a very simple AutoIt script could automate hundreds of votes. I will do that when I make up like 6 hours from now unless someone beats me to it (please someone beat me to it).
