Anyone having trouble trying to log on to servers? Keeps saying disconnected from the login server.

I am a fan. I am impressed all around. In my opinion Battlefield 2 was the best game up until now, this one may just surpass it for me.

get an assault buddy and use the weapon that locks onto air targets (javelin i think) and rack up the points since most people don't have flares yet

Anyone unable to sort by ping? None of the servers show it on the server browser, so it doesn't help. Would like to play on a server that's not 200+

Seems to work for me, though it's annoying that they only display a screen full and I have to scroll down 3 or 4 times to get enough to sort by and get any reasonable results.

Not sure if it's been fixed but I got kicked from EA servers on the xbox a few hours ago. Only was able to play for an hour but the game Serena pretty good. Although I feel it is a lot like bad company 2. I'll reserve judgement until at least 20+ hours are put into the multiplayer, but at first play through it feels a ly like ba company 2. Which I don't min because I loved the game, but I thought it would be a bit now different.

Yeah, EA servers are being funky. I went on NHL 12 and they were down on there too.

In the few games I've played online (Xbox360), I'm amazed. The texture pack is awesome!

Yes there is. Search the servers (click the right stick I believe), and put your settings in. You can look for only hardcore matches.

So far I prefer Bad Company 2 by a long shot. But I've only played a couple games so we'll see in a couple days.

Thanks! I couldn't find where the settings button was.

I wouldn't say I prefer one over the other right now as I feel both are the same game. As hyped as I was, I didn't think they would be this similar. They really do feel like the same game, but I really loved Bad Company 2, so my complaining is mild at best.

Then again, I mostly just played Vietnam for the past year and never touched the regular portion of the game, so I could be way out to lunch.

I am a huge Call of Duty fan. I have bought every one since 2 came out with the 360. This was my first time I picked Battlefield. I only play multiplayer. It's hard as hell. Although I did pick up 2 enemy dog tags which was cool . My first game ever I spawned into a helicopter and a jet and killed myself both times.

Played on a server last night that had everything unlocked in terms of weapons and accessories - it was kinda cool to see everything you could end up with. (I heard they will be locked down very soon though)

Applied for the CP Platoon - soldier name is dinkySMALLS.

I'm Sneedis on Origin/Battlefield, if anyone cares.

I found a pretty cool server called Jay's Server which has great latency for me. ~30. Nothing else I've found is close.
