I'm looking for a junior to intermediate web developer that doesn't suck. I need someone with a natural knack for good UI design that, at a minimum, has solid fundamentals in HTML & CSS. If you suck, please don't apply.
The office is about 3 blocks from the saddledome; a pretty relaxed environment with something of a startup feel to it, but our clients are almost exclusively fortune 500 organizations and there are frequent periods of high-pressure work. If you buckle under pressure, please don't apply.
Salaries are fair, there's a stock option program in place, lunch is brought in every day, I'll kick your ass in foosball once a week, and it's just an all-around awesome place to work. If you're offended by people drinking a beer at their desk in the afternoon, please don't apply.
