Weird yeah, there are playoffs, and then the draft in June.
I assume you played the prospects game in mid season as well.
Can you simulate forward?

I played GM Mode and I can't get past the trade deadline. It freezes up.

It skipped over the prospects game. I noticed when it happened and it seemed weird.
I am not sure I am up for starting the season over again.

So I just went to the last day and hit the simulate button and it simulate about 5 days and then I get a message that the playoff matchups have been determined. Could have been a little clearer there EA!.

Started a new Be a GM, simmed through the pre-season and the first few games of the regular season.
Backlund somehow got a broken leg, out till January, Karlsson in net against the Blues, lost 3-2. Thought that was kinda creepy.
Anyhow, I too, started looking (realistically of course) for a decent center. Traded Bouwmeester and my 2012 3rd (cant remember if it was 2nd or 3rd...oddly had the 2nd rounder which we gave to BUF) round pick for Joe Pavelski.
Then my brother (who wanted me to try for Toews or Crosby) grabbed the controller and traded Bourque and my 2017 first round pick for Brent Seabrook.
Of course its only a video game, but I thought it was funny how the whole thing went. In the following game against the Avs, Pavelski setup Iginla twice in a Flames win that saw Iggy come out as the first star with a hat trick.

Why do you guys trade Bouwmeester in Be A GM? Videogame Bouwmeester is crazy good, hits like a machine, fast as hell, and can shoot like Ovechkin.
I love videogame Bouwmeester.

Real life Bouwmeester has the same tools as video game Bouwmeester... just that somebody actually controls video game Bouwmeester.

Video Game Bouwmeester also isn't that good when his Aggressiveness is set to real life equivalents.

I think that you unlock legends in the regular be a pro.

It makes me sad thinking we could have had a Dion, Gio, Bouw top 3 had we just traded Reggie instead of Dion two years ago.
