Room Decoration Ideas

My sister is re-decorating my nephews room into the ultimate Flames room but she needs some ideas. Colour schemes, borders, any thing you folks can help with would be great. I recall seeing some pictures of stuff people had done before but can't seem to find it after a search.

She doesn't want to paint the room red as some of the items she has already bought are red and will go MIA against a red wall. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

No kid's Flames-themed room is complete without lots of banners hanging from the ceiling, and some sort of powerful pyrotechnic device that you can set off after goals.

We did my son's room in a hockey theme and my wife vetoed red.

So we did it like a rink. Yellow bottom. White boards. Red stripe. And then a bunch of flames and hockey stuff.

That really is a fantastic option. Not sure why you're wife would veto the red though!
