I'm sorry, but Kim is hot and has an amazing ass. There is nothing wrong with a little junk. In fact, I encourage it. I could care less about her attitude or how she deserves none of the money or success. I'm looking at her in the most superficial way possible and when I see this below pic, I go "Damn!".

Oh and I like her porno, despite Ray J doing a little dance while he's getting head.

Who said sucking every black c*ck in America isn't a worthwhile activity?

They have their own reality tv shows, clothing line, perfume line, and make tons on endoursements and to show up at events and look pretty. . Kim charges $100,000 just to show up at an event. Oh, its such hard work there Kim! *sigh* The income for their family, $178,000 a day! Most Calgarian familes dont even make that in a year!

Flashing back, this is how they got famous.

Love it.

A very deliberate and thoughtful building of a brand, proving again you can sell crap to just about anyone if you pretty it up enough. On a global basis, I wonder how many jobs they've created or supported via their activities?

The key is voyeurism . . . . they understand the general public are generally all voyeurs and they feed that unrelentingly. Then they sell perfume and makeup.

From The Hollywood Reporter in February . . . .

. . . . . why, despite the eye-rolls of half of America, does the other half worship at the altar of a family that unabashedly embraces, celebrates and monetizes that post-millennium cliché of being famous only for being famous?

"We’re just this big family with a lot of drama and a lot of issues, and there’s someone here for everyone to relate to," says the 55-year-old mother of six (Kourtney, 31, Kim, 30, Khloe, 26, Robert, 23, Kendall, 15, and Kylie, 13), wife to Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner, and, most crucial, hands-on manager of them all. "I think if you’ve ever been embarrassed by your family — like your mother’s a kook or your father’s too strict — the show gives you hope. I’ve had so many people come over to me and say, ‘I remember the episode where you were crying over blah, blah, blah, and it helped me so much and I got through my dad’s death because of you.' "

And then there are those who watch the family’s three series on E! (with a fourth going into production this year) for the there-but-for the-grace-of-God voyeurism: Thank God my mom doesn’t want to know the size of my boyfriend’s penis! Hey, at least my dad isn’t walked over by every single member of his family and my mom doesn’t engage me in a postpartum discussion about personal lubricant. When asked about that last particular discussion, Jenner looks genuinely puzzled. "Really? Who hasn’t had to use lube?"

Of course, this is a mother who has hanging in the bedroom of her immense home in Hidden Hills, Calif., a photo of her three eldest girls, over which one of them has scrawled in what looks like hot pink lipstick, "Hookers R Us." But if the Kardashians have no filters, they have no pretenses, either. This is a great part of their charm.

Good for them, they understand the first rule of a successful business, and thats finding what sells.

Especially since fashion is such a flakey and fast moving market.

We can whine and complain about them, but they are doing something that a lot of us struggle with and are rarely successful with and thats understanding the heartbeat of your customer and creating a product that resonates with them.

If your a B list celebrity that can cash in on that, good for you.

We can complain and take shots at these people and people like Paris Hilton but at the end of the day they've done an amazingly good job of creating name recognition and they've done it as people that even 15 years ago wouldn't have been able to leverage their minor celebrity.

You only need to look at how many minor and even major celebs have tried and failed to make that transition to consumer product magnet.

I don't begruge them their success and the money that they're making.

Make more clothes and more perfume, put out more reality shows and boot leg porn discks.

But there's something about being a socialite that people just love to hate. Myself included ...

You just need to find a way to bottle that resentment and make some money from it.

Like a "I Hate The Kardashians, Give Me A Buck" t-shirt line.

I look at someone like Lindsay Lohan who is infinately more talented then the above mentioned celebs, and she has failed at evey corporate partnership she's been involved in and allowed herself to become a train wreck.

Even Paris Hilton took her legal problems and turned it into a public relations bonanza to somewhat reform her image.

If money is their end game, great. More power to them. Keep raking in those millions off a name that doesn't really contribute anything meaningful to society.

If they want to really make a difference doing something, maybe they should forego their lust for money and become something worthwhile, like a doctor or a scientist, that contributes to the good of society on a much higher level. Although, I believe this concept would be lost on them.

I'd love to re-market the "I'm with Stupid" t-shirt and get Kris Humphries to wear it.

Oh brother . . . come on, so the money that their making has no benefits at all? Creates no jobs? Do they pay taxes on that $65 million, do they support charities. She does do work for the Dream Foundation, Aids research, the Mattel Children's hospital, a MS foundation, a skin cancer foundation. You can argue that she does it for tax credits, but its still money that they're getting.

I get it the laudible goal of being a doctor or scientist, but not every one is one.

And besides you are insulting anyone who works selling and promoting products. By your definition, I'm useless to your society.

so the question is, are you a doctor or a scientist?

Or are you as useless to society as they are?

I'm not a fan of the Khardasians I'm more jaded by your post.

No he didn't. He was specifically speaking about the Kardashians.

Keep in mind that they sell more than just a 'product'; they sell their own image, and make their money being socialites first and foremost. I think Muta's words were directed at the Karadashians themselves, no necessarily the products they produce.

Kim Karadashian makes roughly $10,000 per Tweet from sponsors. I wonder how much she would get tweeting about any of the causes mention earlier . . . I'm guessing its not the message as much as it is attributed to her big rump and sex appeal.

would you accept money from sponsers if they would pay you per tweet? most of us would so why should she be vilified for doing what the rest of us would do if given the chance?

You're completely missing the point. There's good ways to contibute to society, and then there's no ways to contribute to society. If they're volunteering to assist charity foundations, more power to them. That's great. That's not what I'm getting at, however.

I'm not a doctor or scientist, but I sure do respect them a hell of alot more than I respect a socialite making money off her butt and not really famous for anything else, other than leeching off her dad's name.

And I'm not attacking the product like Ozy_Flame said. I'm in the selling business as well. Not sure why you're jaded by that.
