Morgan Burnetts broken hand just cost the packers about 35 yards in field position.

Gonna be tough to play well with Collins out and his injury in the secondary.

Pretty surprised by Royal. Quiet guy that is a model citizen and true professional. Pretty shocked actually.
From the Denver Post:

"Great. Are all these trade requests Tim Tebow-related? It was in Orton's case back in July. But the agents for Lloyd and Royal made their intentions known before John Fox benched Orton for Tebow last week."

Denver began shopping the receivers after each requested a trade, team sources told Schefter. Both are in the final year of their contracts and both are seeking new deals.

Well, you can bet the Redskins will be interested in Royal. Shanahan loves the kid.

Ugh.

OK...this rule of holding the ball to the ground and maintaining possesion has to be clarified...that play in Detroit by Burleson is no different than the Calvin Johnson one from last year and an earlier one this year by Finley of the Packers...yet a completely different result after review. Just a horrible rule with apparently a grey area involved....just stupid.

The 9ers are looking for real. Late TD to go ahead of the Lions. Let's see if they can make it stick. And hurry up already, I'm missing the Pats game.

Or I could just turn it to Sportsnet East and watch the Pats game right now.

Nice! 9ers look great and have shown that they're a competitive team, not just a product of a bad division

Pathetic loss by the Lions.

Maybe they let success get to their heads cause they should have won that game easily.

Yeah that niners Oline might be the best in the biz right now...and they have to be because Smith is extremely ordinary if not mediocre.

Only one undefeated team left....sweet!

The Patriots should have worn their old red jerseys. There's too much blue on the field.

no one in this Cowboys/Pats game wants to hold onto the ball.

Too bad the Lions had their balloon pop this week, SEA could've used SF falling back to earth.

Pretty dickish move by Harbaugh at the end, you can keep your celebration toned down for the 5 seconds you have to shake hands with the other coach. Schwartz didn't appreciate the move and chased him 10 yards to tell him as much.

Visited a Packer forum and it was explained there had been some serious chirping towards Hawk earlier from one of hi ex Buckeye alums and this was his respone after making a sack (or tackle for loss i forget).

Doesnt make it right and he will be fined for sure, but atkleast there is a background for it all.

That's a possible first round playoff matchup, so there will be some extra intrigue if they meet again.

Saints are having a rough go today, Tampa up 20-7 and Brees with 2 INT before the half.
