I am number 595 on the waiting list for a pair of tickets in the greens/whites. Hoping I can get seats in 2 seasons.

It's probably going to be 3 years for you. I've moved up about 200 spots each of the last two years. I'm at 245 now and probably still have to wait at least one more season.

3 years will be okay. I think if the Flames look more like a rebuilding team in the next 1-2 years then I might be able to climb up at a faster rate than those who have been waiting longer?

I will continue to buy tickets from STH in the ticket exchange until I get my own seats however. It has been a great resource for me in terms of easily getting tickets to virtually any game I have wanted to go to.

How do they typically manage the payoff tickets, I have heard you pay for 16 games? then get credited unused money for next season?

They have different options .... they also have pay as they play, that's round by round bases.

Hey guys, I have a quick question, didn't know where to ask so I'll post it here. I'm a newcomer to North America, so I don't know how this works, but how come the Flames website list ticket prices for, say, Greens as $51.35, but buying them online from ticketmaster costs $68.25? Ticketmaster lists the tickets as $63, plus $5.25 their fees, so where does the rest of $11.65 go? Is there any place where I can buy a ticket for its actual value ($51.35)?

The 51.35 doesn't include the 2% Facility Fee that goes to the Saddledome, or 5% GST on the whole amount. (VAT)

As for buying tickets at face value, your best bet is probably the ticket exchange forum of this site.

I joined the hothosue before the season started and I am #595 for 2nd level tickets. I was offered PL seating right away in a "while you wait" package but I honestly am done sitting in the sportchek zone unless it is a weekend game, or the tickets are free.

Just a quick question but has anyone heard anything regarding the new arena? I creep the HF oil site once and a while and it has been funny to follow the gong show that is going on up there. But to be honest am hoping both cities get this sorted out soon
