Too bad Disney no longer has it but #1 definitely had to be their condo complex, Vista Way in Orlando.

They put like 15000 people aged 18-29 from their International program and US College program into one complex. Awesome stuff!

My German roommate told me that German Playboy ranked it the #1 spot in the world to pick up girls. hehe
