You could always go with
"Ineffable beauty"

Which ironically means the exact same as "Totally Effable"

It would seem to me that given the meaning, you would want to avoid words that imply seduction: enchanting, beguiling, captivating, ravishing, spellbinding... all of these are adjective forms of verbs that would make the woman an active seductress. It should really be a passive quality.

I kind of agree. Ravishing is a little too close to ravish which means rape.

The first words I thought of based on the second paragraph in the OP were Fair (like a fair maiden) though this word has multiple meanings,

Angelic

but I think luminous is best.

I also like luminous, but it's very context sensitive, so depending on the translation it might not work out so well. I'd also like to highlight the absolute uselessness of synonym.com when searching for synonyms. It's like the owners saw how much traffic dictionary.com was generating and decided that they had the next best thing. Only they stopped after a couple weeks because you know, it's a lot like work.
