Tough to find any updates on Twitter right now. TBS is doing an awful job of updating.

TBS sucks. Why do they keep getting post season ball?

Girardi says that Nova finishes game 1, Garcia pitches game 2.

Names being tossed around for the next manager of the Red Sox include:
Bobby Valentine
Bruce Bochy
Eric Wedge

Boston would obviously need permission to talk to a couple of those guys.

a lot of the blame goes to Epstein as well, could you have signed a worse starting pitcher than Lackey? Wakefield is done and should have been replaced by now. JD Drew is brutal. thats a lot of money tied up in not much performance. this was a true team effort.

From the rumours going around about the dressing room being divided and troubled, add on the injuries to Youkilis, Gonzalez, Beckett and Bucholz - I can't believe they let Franconna go.

You are so out to lunch it's laughable. People don't hate the Rays, they just say that it's a weak market that draws below average regular season crowds, despite having a really good team.

My guess is most people on this board probably like the Rays....you not so much. Like most Rays fans, I suspect you'll be nowhere to be found, if they don't win.

I fully believe (as well as select few in the media) that the Lackey signing, and the Crawford signing came from outside pressure, I don't know if its from Henry or Luchinno, or whoever, but both of those signings were so ridiculous that I simply can't believe that Epstein made those decisions on his own and wasn't encouraged/forced into those moves... They go against everything he has stood for in the past. I'm not giving him a free pass, because if he felt strongly enough then he should have put up more of a protest, but I have a hard time pinning it all on him.

At least Drew is off the books this year, and I imagine that Papelbon will be gone as well.

The players should be the only one's held accountable, I feel sick to my stomach about Tito being let go.

Maybe you should look back to the start of this thread and in the jays thread and in last years thread. I have always stated I am a rays fan and always will be assuming they stay the rays

A few insiders are claiming that the Red Sox are going to give Theo permission to talk with the Cubs and that they him expect to move to Chicago.

This bangwagon sounds like a good time. If there's a choice, I'd prefer to be the banger...
