lanny Al-Qaeda tells Iran to stop with their "ridiculous" anti-American conspiracy theories

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011...911-conspiracy

This is pretty funny. Even Al-Qaida realizes Ahmadinejad is all sorts of crazy.

Quote:
Al-Qaida has sent a message to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asking him to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.

[ . . . ]

"The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al-Qaida was behind 9/11 but rather, the US government," the article said, according to Iranian media. "So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?"

[ . . . ]

"For them, al-Qaida was a competitor for the hearts and minds of the disenfranchised Muslims around the world," said the article published in the Inspire magazine. "Al-Qaida … succeeded in what Iran couldn't. Therefore it was necessary for the Iranians to discredit 9/11 and what better way to do so? Conspiracy theories."

Al-Qaida also accused Iran of hypocrisy over its "anti-Americanism".
The petty squabbling of an organization and a man that are quickly becoming outdated and unneeded.

I mean seriously, what other proof than this do 9/11 conspiracy theorists need to make them shut up??

That's fair - to qualify, I guess I meant Ahmadinejad's regime and Al-Queda. Not the entire nation of Iran. My bad, thanks for calling me on it.

Are conspiracy theorists saturating the media and still in your face 10 years later? Odd comment.

Hmmm... do you know what this actually means then?

Al Qaeda is actually a secret American organization. It's all coming together now!

I swear I was looking for the Onion logo on that page:

Where can I find this magazine? Is it at 7-11?

ho-lee ####e, found a link to the "Spring 1431" issue of Inspire:

http://info.publicintelligence.net/InspireMarch2011.pdf

It's 70 goddamn pages and includes such gems as "Open Source Jihad" "Jihad Stories" and "Why Did I Choose Al-Qaeda?"

Their propagandists are wayyyy better than ours.

My fiancee is Pakistani, and her parents still think the USA was behind 9/11. They also think Al-Qaeda is an American puppet, so I doubt this will change very much. Evidence showing a conspiracy to be false is just more evidence of the conspiracy, as it were. You would be surprised just how many of these 9/11 conspiracy theorists there are out there.

You know because America is supporting Al Qaeda in Libya so it's all good now.......maybe they could tell us how they got the explosives in the planes.

Reminds me of the old Onion video of Al Qaeda debating a conspiracy theorist. This is flagged, so I don't know if it shows for everyone:
