Gronkowski is an easy choice. Bills are vulnerable against good TE's, plus Brady is tossing him the rock. Add in the fact that he's from Buffalo, you can probably count on 2 TD's.

Just made a trade. Before you look at the deal, you need to look at my situation.
QB-Freeman or whatever waiver guy has the best matchup
WR-(Start 3)Desean Jackson, Miles Austin(injured), Steve Smith(CAR), Julio Jones, Patrick Crayton(picked up for this week because of awesome matchup vs KC)
RB-(Start 2)Arian Foster, Lagarette Blount, Daniel Thomas
TE-Finley
I traded Julio Jones and got Malcolm Floyd and Ben Tate.
I think I did well here. I'm sitting at 0-2 and need wins now. What good is Arian Foster if he comes back in a couple weeks and I'm 0-5? I need to get a W, and starting Thomas and Blunt as my backs doesn't give me much confidence. Tate is a great handcuff. I know Floyd is hurt right now, but Jones has disappointed so far and I wasn't going to even start him this week. I think Crayton as SD's number two(assuming Floyd is still hurt) has the chance for 60 and a TD. I don't have that confidence in Jones based on what I have seen so far.
Jones probably has the most upside, but when Austin is healthy, I have a great trio of WR's in Desean, Austin and Smith and wouldn't play Jones anyways outside of a bye week.
But then again, maybe I'm blind and missed something. How did I do?

I think you needed the handcuff for Foster. I find that options at WR will emerge on the waiver wire, but it's tough to get a decent RB there.

Should have a good week this week as I have some pretty good matchups.
Rivers, Fitzgerald and this week I put Bryant on the bench in favour of Britt.
Not sure if Bryant is gonna be good to go and that lost me some major points and first place not making that change early enough last week.

I think you did good. RB's are so much tougher to replace then WR. You are pretty set for WR.

Whatever owner gave you Tate and Floyd for Julio should be shot!
Actually, the fact you had to come explain the trade here and worry that you didn't completely fleece the other owner make me wonder what kind of owners you have!
Great trade, and you should be sending the "Trade Rape" episode of the league to your friend immediatly

Doesn;t sound like it. He was a limited participant in practice yesterday.
This guy is a good guy to follow on Twitter for Foster or Texans updates.

Trying to decide whether to start Harvin or Burleson in the MIN v DET game this week.
Harvin is the best of a bad bunch while Burleson faces a lot of 1 on 1 matchups in a more pass-heavy team.
Thoughts?

Kubiak also said a couple days ago that Tate is the lead back until further notice.
I think Foster will be active but I can't see him going in for more than a token appearance unless Tate really struggles.

So again my WR's are going to annoy the hell out of me.
Welker and Smith are definate starters.
I got a choice between Bowe and Moss.
And if Steven Jackson is healthy I have to add Green-Ellis in the mix with Bowe and Moss for who to dress.
Moss is going to rip it up against the Cowboys isn't he?

I think the Chiefs had 88 yards passing in two games against the Chargers last year. They'll be mad too about Brady putting up the yards he did too.

Anyone have any thoughts on Denarius Moore? I know he ruled the air against the Bills, and while that game was entertaining, it's the Bills. He's up against the Jets and Jason Canpbell has a noodle arm.

I got Steven Jackson, Beanie Wells and Mark Ingram as options for 2nd RB. Both Jackson and Wells look like they may be out. Should I go with Ingram or take a risk on the other 2?

The Jets are one of the toughest teams to pass against in the NFL to boot. Unless you have no one else, I'd sit him.

The yahoo fantasy app for the iPhone sucks. Half the time it just loads and doesn't work at all. So then I have to go on my computer and check my scores.

Strange, I have it for android and it works great. Much better than last year.
This Brady/Welker pairing has worked out well for me this year...

Man fantasy stings sometimes. Leave Steve Smith (CAR) on the bench for the 1st two games, gets 66pts. Finally play him today, he gets 3.
Then I start Vernon Davis over Keller for 2 weeks. Keller gets 42pts, Davis gets a combined 12. Make the switch this week, Davis gets 21 on my bench, Keller at 5 through 3 quarters. C'mon man!
EDIT: That and I had the 2nd highest score on the week. Of course I'm playing the guy who had the highest.
