I want to get back into How I Met Your Mother but my god was the last season and even the one before it just horrible. I never found the show to be that funny anyway (NPH is the only one I find funny on the show), but last season, from the ep's I watched, was terrible.
I watched the first episode of Free Agents, at best it is just 'meh'. It's only a pilot and I'll continue to watch until about episode 4-6, but if it doesn't improve, good bye.
I'm really looking forward to Terra Nova the most when it comes to new shows. The amount of money behind it is insane so the production value should be pretty damn good.
Also, Thursdays are insane, Big Bang Theory, Community, Parks and Rec, The Office, The League. Like my god, then on Fridays I got Fringe and Chuck. Thursdays are crazy good.

How I Met Your Mother was also ok. Again it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't extremely good either. I must say though, the girl who plays Nora is smoking hot.

Yeah I wasn't blow away by either, looking forward to TerraNova and Big Bang Theory!

I forgot to add Playboy Club or w/e it's called. I watch Big Bang Theory for Kaley Cuoco and will watch Playboy Club for Amber Heard.
When defining what perfection is in the dictionary, it should just show a picture of Amber Heard.

HIMYM was almost complete drivel--even Barney isn't funny anymore. I think even the laugh track was bored. How this hasn't been cancelled is a mystery to me, but one would think this is the last season ...
I wanted to watch the Two and a Half Men trainwreck, but forgot to set the PVR. Sounds like I didn't miss much.

I've all but given up totally on HIMYM. What a waste of time that's becoming.

I think it got renewed for this season and next season already. Hoping they'll have a plan set out to end properly.

Yeah, HIMYM was renewed for 2 more seasons and all the stars have contracts for 2 more seasons so we've got two more years of what once was a really funny show... now not so much.
Fotze, in my opinion it's just kind of "tired" now. They've been dragging on the "is that the mother?" angle for 6 seasons now and like most comedy's on TV, after this many seasons it just gets kind of stale.

From what I remember reading, they have always had a plan for how it will end. They wanted the story to be told over 8 seasons and that's what they got, so I imagine, it will get tied up properly.
I'm fairly lukewarm on the show now. You get the occasional laugh out of it still, but I am mainly watching because I've already invested all this time in it, so I would like to see some payout.
I watched the 5-0 opener last night and thought it was good. I missed the last four or so episodes of the first season but had no issues keeping up with anything.
I also gave The Playboy Club a chance and it didn't work for me. Just didn't care about any of the characters and thought the acting was meh. Didn't really see anything appealing, but I am sure you men will find something that appeals to you. I don't think I'll be giving it another try.
I thought 2 Broke Chicks was pretty awful.

Yeah 2 broke chicks was terrible, the only good thing was the shot at the hipster at the start.
Other then that the two chicks are cute.
That is all

Saw the previews for that one and thought it would be cancelled before it hit the air. It's one I didn't even bother trying.

I like HIMYM... it may not be the funniest show on TV but I relate to it.
The early seasons were all about the crazy adventures they went on but as the season have went on all the characters have grown and see life a bit different.
I also believe that it is a show that you have to invest your time in because there is a lot of fore shadowing and pulling from jokes in the past.

Honestly, HIMYM was never the same after the ninja scene.

New Girl is as good as I thought it would be. It's too bad that almost the entire pilot episode was given away in the endless previews.
Definitely going to be watching this. I've had a serious crush on Zooey Deschanel ever since Yes Man. A solid hour of TV on FOX Tuesday nights with Raising Hope on right after.

I like her cause she's cute, but she was actually really annoying me throughout that show.

Yes Man or New Girl?
(To be honest, either way I scorn you for having such an opinion )

In new girl, she was way over quirky in the premier, to the point that it went from adorable to annoying.

Different strokes for different folks. The quirkier the better, IMO. I find her very convincing and natural to that kind of role.

I thought New Girl was pretty good. I did think at times, she was a little much, but overall, it was good. I will be watching again. I liked the guys though, the Wayans kid was good as the ragey guy. Even the ######bag guy was funny.
Also enjoyed the Raising Hope premiere. "I made this kid with my wang!"

I started watching (and am now fully caught up) The League & Parks and Rec over the summer, I'm pumped for both those premieres. Didn't realize they were on the same night, that'll help hit my new Sunday night void with Curb & Entourage now done.
I just need to get into Community now, especially since its back-to-back with Parks. Watched the 1st 2 eps & just didn't do it for me, but I hear it gets way better in s2, may have to give it another chance. Frankly Parks was terrible s1 & got 100 times better so it gives me hope.
