I don't think FIFA is out until the 27th but Madden yes. I got Madden 12, NHL 12, and a $12 battery recharger for $83 all in.
And I got the last copy of Madden. They did have a stack of NHL 12 in the back... this is in Edmonton Strathcona btw.

Great advice guys, I was able to grab NHL12 from Westhills blockbuster for 40% off. Wasn't even gonna get the game this year but that's a great price for a 3 day old game.

So I had enough pucks to buy 2 jumbo packs and I got nothing but absolute crap.
In those packs + the 4 or so other packs you get from starting up/Season Ticket, I only have 4 NHL caliber players. Last year when I bought a jumbo, I'd get players like Iggy and Crosby in the same pack sometimes. What's with this?

i have had to start 3 new 'season' modes, because each time, there comes a day that you just can't sim past without the xbox freezing.

Really liking BaP, a mode I all but abandoned last year. The subtle changes to the hitting, puck physics and net presence really make this a more complete game. The way the shifts work is great too, makes for a much more realistic experience, although i'm still playing 30 mins as a center. Hopefully the jump to the NHL results in 3rd and 4th line minutes to start with increased ice time as you move up. I'm still waiting for a fatal glitch to pop up somewhere though, it seems inevitable.

also, does anyone play offline HUT (ie. tournaments) but when connection to EA is lost (again this is OFFLINE) you lose the game, are disqualified from the tournament, and lose a contract game on your entire roster?!

Got a good deal (I think so anyways) at Best Buy. Until Sept 22nd, they have the 250 GiG Black sleek looking Xbox 360 with Wi-Fi built in for $197. Down from $299.99. I snatched that up quick. Then I found a Blockbuster that had 2 NHL 12 games at 40% off. Bought both. Will sell one and make $15 or so off of it....

During my season I got offered and accepted a 1st round pick, 4th round pick and Mark Scheifele for........ Ivanans. Nice to see realistic trades.

3 copies left For XBOX at McKenzie Towne BB as of 1:30PM when I picked up my copy. Wasn't going to buy it but his deal is too good to pass up.
