Yeah i think its fair that we change the cap hit due to his actual deal. NHL.com got pretty acurate though. Hope i can make my picks tonight.

:s I'm not sure about changing deals because that could end up really screwing some guys over, as when they picked them they thought their cap hit was x, but having it change to y would have changed where the player was selected. So in my opinion we should leave the players that have already been drafted at the salary that NHL.com gave them, and change the players that haven't been picked yet to the real deals

maybe my list was for the lasr round. The player picked for me was on my list wasn't going to get picked this round. I waited a week for a pick and now you want to rush things along and don't even geive me the 2 hours we were supposed to get.
i have no problems moving things alon but why wait for a week and not stay with the posted rules and time slots?

I say we change it... Its all part of the fun, they're RFAs, there's some risk there. Besides, it won't screw anyone as the deals will be ballpark and decided well before this draft approaches conclusion.

Bizarre, I figured you'd make another pick. You ended up going well over the 2 hour limit anyway.

Just in case people didnt know, we are not allowed to just select any forwards, we have to have to seperate LW from RW and stuff. Im just saying this because I noticed a couple teams have no R or L wingers and all R or L wingers.
I got an email from a buddy who does this hockey pool and you have to dress 12F 6 D and a goalie and keep it within the 64.3m. Maybe I will take the best looking roster on here and just use that one. Although I don't think this will be done before the Oct 4 due date.

it was only .5m difference. if it was over 1m I probably would have just left it.

Well we should have an absolute, not depending on the salary, I'm fine with it going either way

Oilers are up!
I picked for hte Avs based on the list he sent me for his previous pick... of course, he can change it if he wants if he's back before the Oilers pick.

MacArthur-Stamkos-Horton
LW-Ribeiro-Jones
All i need to do is find a good second line left winger and then my top 6 is complete.

I think you should go for a 1st line LW... you've already got a 2nd line LW

Well considering all of the top line LW'ers are gone i took who i thought was the best one available (MacArthur) who i thought would go earlier. Meh there are a few LW'ers who are still available that i have listed out.

Ya, I'm just teasing you... there are some good 2nd line LWers left, for sure... I'm hoping to score one for me 3rd line
I could take one right now, actually, but I have only one D and no goalie thus far, so I have to watch that.
