Custom hockey jerseys
Hey guys,
I've been working on some new hockey jerseys for our company team, and I've come up with the following well-received concepts:
Now I need to get pricing for creating the jerseys and since I made the now unfortunate decision of using an RBK Edge template, here's where the challenge comes in - do any of you know where you could get a RBK-style cut for a custom jersey?
Let me know, thanks!
James

BC Chris does this kind of stuff. Although he is in BC, obviously.

Go get reversible ones made in China, they are cheap and nice. I could get a link if you need one.

On a related note, have you considered matching pant shells?

Looks sharp! Could pass for a modern take on the North Stars.

I considered it but I don't know if that would work given the cost of what something like these would cost by themselves.
I don't think it looks too bad with the black pants and gloves.

TorqueDog, so that's what you IT consultants do during work hours? Drawing pictures on your computer screen while charging clients hundreds of dollars an hour?
Anyways, they are nice designs. One thing I would consider changing is the font colors, maybe use yellow on the green jerseys and dark green on the whites. It will stand out more

I thought that Soulchoice was in the custom jersey game... He quoted me on some custom sublimated jerseys ast one point and I don't think getting them done up would be that expensive

Haha are you kidding, I couldn't get five minutes to scratch my arse these days, nevermind design this on company time. Actually, I did this at home while waiting for a couple Windows installs to complete on my lab I'm using to study for a big certification I want to chase in the coming year. (Yeah, I have a lab at home - I really am a nerd in the professional sense.) It didn't take long, I actually am really good at working with Photoshop.
I did originally try a yellow font on the green jerseys, but it didn't look very good. I like the yellow/black on the whites, makes the yellow/black pinstripe work a lot better (and the jerseys look sort of boring without the pinstripe).

perhaps i am missing the point with my answer, but i am guessing that if you want to order blank jersies from scratch to match that color scheme - then i'd think you be looking at $200+ per jersey plus several months of time assuming that there are no teams out there that use that color scheme.
if you wanted to put your company logo on a blank jersey that already exists, then that seems like and easier and cheaper job.

I agree with this as well! Not trying to ruin your idea, but this idea is much simpler and quicker.
Here's a canadian company that you can order vintage north stars '88 jerseys and put your logo on. they have matching socks too

Pmd, with the custom jersey, sock and pant details. Can get you pretty much cost on them. Which will be cheaper than anywhere for the most part in canada or the US.

Soulchoice, replied!
I'll look at the vintage North Stars jerseys. BigStick.ca is one place I have been looking at as well.

PMd torque. With all the pricing and whatever else I can throw you for free your way.
BTW, anyone else watching this, jerseys are made in Canada, so not shipped from China or overseas.

I have some North Star home and North Star away Rbk Style socks that I bought off Soulchoice in the spring. I ordered all Large, but some of my team needs extra large. If that is what gets ordered, I'd love to trade some back in with Soulchoice to get some XL's. I have about a dozen pair of home and away, brand new in the bag still.
I'll call Soulchoice on Friday. Maybe something can get worked out here! Thanks.

Bump.
Is there a place in Calgary where I can get a Logo done up? I already have a NHL goalie Cut Jersey that I wear when I play and just need a logo for it?
