Try rushing 108 yds 1 td and 338yds on NCAA12 is a feat in itself. Denard does that in the real world. The guy is an incredible no mater what any of the critics want to say.

Michigan's Denard Robinson has yet another last second comeback 35-31

First off, he threw 24 times, he completed 11 of them. 80% of his throws we horrible ... ( it seemed like) Everytime he threw it was like what the hell? He overthrew and underthrew a lot of WRs .. However because I am a Big 12 guy ( Sooner born and Sooner Bred) I dont get to watch much Michigan football. He might be outstanding , as he showed flashes with his running game, however his passing left a lot to be desired tonight. If this Irish had Db's that were any better than my old high school team's DB's 2 or 3 of those Td passes would have just been incompletions . All he did was throw up prayers and hoped the DBs overran the plays, which they did .

Obviously your a University of Michigan / Denard R . fan so I am not taking anything away from the guy. He just isnt a very good passer, or rather he didnt make very many good throws tonight.

If you ever want to make it down here for a game let me know, I will score some tickets for you. Nothing in the world compares to watching SEC football live.

Good game from BO. The Dan McGwire comparisons are laughable.

Great game, mediocre grammar.

I found this on Uniwatch:

Looks like UT is going with the Case McCoy/Jaxson Shipley with a little David Ash offensive combo to lead them to the promise land. I am pretty ok with that.

I can't believe I'm going to say this.... BOOMER SOONER!!!! I hope OU stomps a mud hole in SOW and walks it dry. I'm tired of hearing "were back" after a 4 loss season that didn't come with a conference title in that weak ass ACC

Latest rumors are UT to the ACC along with Kansas. Texas wants OU to go but OU doesn't want to. ACC is willing to take UT and the LHN because ESPN is saying they will rework their deal with the ACC to be even bigger. ACC will rival Big East in basketball if KU goes too. It makes so much sense if you consider non-football sports as the ACC is strong in pretty much everything.

Seems like a big step down for UT in football though doesn't it? They're going from an elite conference to one that has been a massive underachiever.

The whole thing is crazy at this point. I'm really interested to see what the Big Ten does. They have the financial ability to dictate a lot of how this plays out if they so choose, but as of yet seem content to sit on the sidelines. I imagine they'd love to have Texas but the LHN really throws a wrench into that. OU would be a decent fit, but if they want to stick with OSU it's likely a no go as the academic credentials just aren't there. ND is obviously out there as an intriguing candidate, but who knows with them. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pitt and Syracuse as potential Big Ten members, quality academically and they would turn Big Ten basketball into arguably the best conference in the country.

Rumors out of Austin are that Big Ten are willing to negotiate to have the LHN intact as well, but a couple schools (ie Nebraska) would try to block it because UT would have more revenue than the rest of the schools.

Hmm, I'd be surprised if the Big Ten was willing to do that. Schools like UM and OSU would have reason to complain, they could easily start their own networks and pull in comparable money to the LHN. I don't see how they would be willing to go along with a plan that allowed Texas to earn more when they aren't able to do the same. Who knows, maybe that's in the works too, the whole landscape seems to shift on a daily basis.

The last thing the Big 10 needs is Tejas to join. They can go independent, join the Pac-12 or the SEC. If the Big-10 adds anyone it should be ND and Iowa State.

I figure allowing OSU and UM the ability to have their own networks would be part of that negotiation.

ND sure, but I don't think ISU is desirable at all. It adds nothing to the Big Ten. The market is small, and the Big Ten already has it largely under their control, and the athletic programs are average at best. It's not an outlier academically, but it doesn't bring a boost their either. Both Rutgers and Syracuse would be much better targets, with Pitt and possibly Cincinnati in the mix. Boston College would be great, but I don't get the sense they want to go anywhere. Rutgers and Syracuse break into new markets for the Big Ten, and while the NYC market isn't really based around one team (Wisconsin and Michigan probably have just as many alumni here as Cuse) both of those teams enhance the Big Ten's presence in some of the nations biggest markets and are very strong academically. Syracuse football has been down for a while but has a strong history and the basketball program is elite. Rutgers isn't great athletically, but they've been improving and you'd have to figure a move to the Big Ten would allow them to keep some of that NJ talent that goes elsewhere.

ND won't go and what would Iowa State bring? Big 10 would fall over itself if Texas would join. You realize that CFB is about $$$, right? Texas delivers a huge new market to the Big 10 and hundreds of millions of dollars. That's why they can choose where they want to go (with some stipulations obviously).
