Default Psycho Murdering Medicine Hat Girl attending Mount Royal U right now

How effed up is this? so she murders her brother by stabbing him to death back in 2006, and now at 18 she is attending university like every other normal person. Completely ridiculous. The juvenile delinquent law in Canada is a complete joke.

5 years in jail for a vicious murder? sounds about right. I didn't know killing was wrong when I was 13 either, those clowns never knew what hit them.

Isn't it considered a thought crime to recognize someone as a murderer if they murdered someone before they are 18?

If she's out on the street, its better shes in university trying to rehabilitate than on the street in gangs or doing drugs. Just my opinion.

She was 12 when the murders happened. She's also still living in a group home. She's allowed to leave for the day to attend school now. What do you think is the appropriate punishment for a 12 year old? Lock them up and throw away the key?

Her ability to attend school will help her fit back into society, which should be the goal of any incarceration.

I think you should also mention that she didn't do this alone. She had a 23 year old boyfriend who was given three life sentences.

Yeah, but it's pretty easy to find her name and pictures in the age of google.

You can't be serious. Were you mentally delayed?

I agree with blankall, considering the age she was at the time of the crime, the amount of time served and the restrictions placed on her this seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Don't see what your problem is, Bertuzzied.

you are correct, I cannot be serious. If you want to believe that I went around murdering clowns when I was 13, that's cool too

It's not like she stood and watch the murders. she was stabbing a knife into her brother while he was asking why.

Death penalty. I sometimes wish were like China.

I'd hate to be the prof who gives her an F.
