you do realize that it's the same group that holds the hammer, all this shows is along as they don't collectively change their thinking the same group will run down each team one by one

Right. I am looking for the 'majority vote' here. I think the group as a whole is collectively pretty smart and things have gone as expected so far. A couple teams have also been really close.
However, there is more to this than just poll's Doug. The poll is only a small part of the over picture I will be capturing in my writeup at the end.

But my point is a team can get zero votes in a round and win the next round... I don't see the point in me voting other then try and put a smile on another teams GM
I like to participate in things like this and it just gets very frustrating when I'm just wasting my time. The 8 people that have voted without following the pile are so spread out that it can never count for anything as long as the 12 stick together.
I'm frustrated because I think it was a great idea and was excited to see it play out... Now I can just send an email to a select few (I could guess 8) and I bet thats all thats needed as thats what the list would have ended up as
I hope you understand, I like the idea I'm just frustrated because all thats needed to beat the outside 8 is 4 votes and and that pack of 12 will always be larger then 4

That's a great reason to vote if you think this is crap. The Jets love the attention and would love 2 votes per poll...

And the pack of 12 represents the majority as we are getting about 20 votes per round. Majority rules in these polls and results are pretty bang on to what I expected anyways. The top 5 teams are all teams I think are great and are solid from top to bottom. ANy GM would be pumped to have them as their first CPHL team.
