Flipboard. It turns RSS feeds into a digital magazine. It's really cool and probably my most used app!

+1 for flipboard, but the only thing that frustrates me is that I can only see part of the article, otherwise it has to load the original page, I liked the mobile RSS feed that took the text off the pages

Cyclemeter.

To date this is the best implemented and smoothest third party app I have used. Mind blowingly good, and for 5 dollars, you feel like you are cheating the system. You would have to spend 300 minimum for a cyclo-computer as accurate, and functional as this. Works for running, walking, driving, whatever motion activity you are doing.... you name it.

The GPS retrace is the most accurate I have ever seen. I tested the other night by doing a 5 foot donut in a parking lot, and it dropped it on the map. Just wow.

Aggregates Twitter/Facebook feeds too. Great content consumption.

Madden 12 is out today.

Anyone tried it yet? Early reviews say some plays are a bit choppy on the iPad2.

I'm looking for an app that can keep track of a beer fund for hockey. Weird, I know. I need to keep track of how much money people have paid, how many beer they have drank...

Obviously it doesn't have to be specifically for a beer fund, but an app that can do some similar things. Any ideas?

Wouldn't this be a basic spreadsheet app? Not that I know what a good one would be for the iPhone. I just use Google Docs.

Yes I suppose, but I don't have a spreadsheed on my iPhone. Unless I can use google docs on my phone...I will try that. I would still like an app for what I need though.

I've given up on Jailbreaking the phone, 4.2.8 and I'm just scared to screw up the phone

lately my 3 year old son has been losing his mind playing Fruit Ninja on the ipad. He loves it.. Not much to it but for a young kid it is a great game.

Possibly I suppose, do you know of a good one? I haven't really browsed the app store for something that might fit at all. I'll look into that.

Terra Browser for iPad is probably the best mobile web browser I've used. The tabs are far better than safari. It's basically what safari should have been, IMO.
