Sorry took so long guys, was driving out to BC - Weber-Bieksa, thats a nice looking #1 pairing, IMO.

So the OP is getting really long, and I'm not sure how long CP allows posts to be, but eventually I'm going to need to move the post list to somewhere else, maybe the roster thread?

Thats a good question. The roster thread is pretty long as it is already. Im not sure people are gonna want to scroll all the way through all the rosters and all the way down the list to see if player X has or hasn't been taken already.

I have just been going to that page and doing a find search and just type in players names that I want. Found out that Grabovski was free and was pretty happy to pick him! That's how I have been searching for players availability, don't know about others though.
