I have consider taking a goalie soon or risk playing myself in net.

Love the #1-2 punch of Stamkos and Ribeiro. Both legitimate #1 centers. Very nice pick Hockey_Ninja.
I need to get some wingers.

Did we vote on that, because I think it should have been brought up BEFORE drafting started. I hate when pools take EVERYTHING into consideration, I just think the best lineup would be determined by playing in a simulated season.

We talked about doing 3 things.
NHL 12 Simulation
Hockey Pool which isn't just points, hits blocked shots penalties +/-
Everyone here voting on which teams would be the top 10, not being allowed to vote for your own team

Well my vote is for the sim, it kinda gives a better idea of how guys would play together. I mean I wanna see how many points a gritty heart and soul line would put up

TBH i was going to pick Mikhail Garbovski who i think is underrated but i saw that Riberio was still available and knew he was the more talented player so i when with him. But a larger cap hit isn't to good but i did get more skill down the middle which is what every team needs

My vote is for all three, personally.

Its just being brought up in discussions. I like the idea of doing a simulation as well. I have been messing around on what stats I would use for the pool if we did one.
Goals, assists, points, +/-, hits, FOW, FOL, BS, STG, STP, wins, Save %, G.A.A, Goalie Win %. I could add more if needed.
The reason why it could be fun is its not all about points and using all these stats would show who has the most well-rounded team. I am really pushing for this cuz I like the idea and it gives us something to talk about throughout the season. Also they have a keeper option if we want since alot of guys are building their teams based on youth. Of course no $$ involved and once you register on the site you don't even need to adjust your lineup, just sit back and enjoy.
I do guess we can discuss this thing further once we are done the draft.

The hockey pool is the easiest all you have to do is sign up and I would do the rest.

As I've said prior, I really like this idea.

dont like nhl12 since scrubs like Komisarek are rated 84 while underrated guys like Enstrom are lower.

I think the reason I like the sim more is because it would be the fantasy team competing against other fantasy teams. In a pool its going to be the stats of the guys in real life playing on their real team. I'm thinking Ribero will get a lot more points playing with Stamkos then he will playing with Souray on his team.
Just sayin.

I picked for Columbus, as he sent me a list... Ryan Clowe is now gone. It was a one-person list... luckily, he got him

That is a really good point, but so is the point Nocupin40years made above you.
