I think you should be able to pick anyone you want. Its like the NHL. Its not fair that the pens get 2 first line centers and we don't have one....

Well you have to remember that we all need to be within the 64.3m cap. So it would be kind of a waste if they wasted cap space on 2 starting goalies.

Ha! Spoken like a GM who hasn't drafted a goaltender yet. You're on your own!

I vote yes. No sense waiting around if he is just going to pick that guy.

That would be there own fault for not grabbing a goalie when they are out there. Everyone has an equal chance at grabbing a goalie, the caliber is up to them

Ya, if I ever give someone a list and one of my players is available and I haven't made the pick within 5 minutes just go ahead and make my pick.

Thats how I feel anyways, maybe some people like to announce the picks themselves and thats all good, but no sense waiting for me.

Now I believe Vinny was the last true top tier center left

I am torn between picking a center and a goalie but I am doing the smart thing and grabbing a goalie while i still can.

With Briere and Lecavalier as their top 2 centers the Coyotes officially have the best 1, 2 punch down the middle

Almost $14m invested in his centers. We will see how he manages his cap with wingers a Dmen.

Well only 5 teams dont have a center yet, 3 of them are picking next and then the Caps.

Obviously there isn't that stud center left, but looking on my list here their is still a good chunk of centers who could be #1 on a bunch of teams.
