2 goalies I had my eye on were Rinne and Lundqvist. I didn't think they would make it to me once the goalies started going. Still a ton left so I am not going to take a goalie with my next pick. However my center is still out there.
Actually maybe I should check to see if he is a center, lol.
yep he is a center. Definetely gonna take him if he makes it to me. If not then I do need to think of a backup plan.

Actually looking at the people who pick before me 2 of them already have 2 centers and the other has 1. But is my guy more of a #1 then Couture?

^ Agreed. I'm still in the market for a 1st line C. I just really like Couture as a very cheap 2nd line centre with potential.

Ya, I don't have an issue with the pick, just as with the Seguin selection, they're good picks, they're just not #1Cs, so you and Dallas will still be in the market for one.
There's still 4-5 out there with varying cap hits that could fit the bill.

I think it's time I shift my attention to defense and wingers, my center depth is pretty good and I'll just take an AHL waiver material goalie in the last round since I picked a workhorse goalie.

A- He plays for the Canucks and is Roberto Luongo
B-He has problems performing in clutch situations
C- His cap hit is too much
D- All of the above
