lost drivers license
Since the registration phone number wants me to give them my contact info to call me for surveys and it's a 10 minute phone wait I'll ask here, what pieces of ID and how much does it cost to get my drivers license back, my wallet was stolen.

The aforementioned $84 is for a 5-year license renewal. I know this because I got mine done yesterday and it cost me $84.45.
It made me sad when I realized I will be 30 the next time I renew.
