Often during the summer, as I used to fish quite a lot, I think about getting a hook in the eye, tearing an eyelid, etc., a lot. One of my greatest fears.

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if I suddenly stripped naked in a public place. Like, what would people do/say? How soon would someone call the cops? I'm so curious...I almost hope someone else does this so I can see the outcome.

In relation to some of the other thoughts in this thread. I've always wondered how many of these head on "accidents" on undivided highways were actually suicides.

Are you hot? You're fine
Are you big and have saggy breasties? Cops.

I do the exact same thing! I always think about losing an eye or having something hit me directly in my eyeball like a screw or nail getting stuck in my eye. I kinda wonder how it would feel if someone shot a nail into your eye while holding your eye lids open. I then shake like a dog shaking off water and try to think of other stuff.
Sleeping naked. I can't sleep through the night nekked, because I am convinced the night I do will be the night my house catches fire and there will be no time to put on clothes. I put an emergency house coat near the bed to quell the fear, but it doesn't help much.
Alot of good ones mentioned in this thread that cross my mind as well. Good to know I am not alone.
A few additional ones I didn't see is, thinking that today is the day concrete in my office building downtown is going to give out and I am going to be buried alive. This almost happens every morning in the elevator on the way up.
When ever I board an air canada Jazz Dash-8 flight which is over 40 a year, I wonder to myself is it just the paint that is cracking on the wing or is there an actual stress crack in the wing and that today is the day the wing falls off the plane mid flight. It's not like those planes are getting any younger.
Many of these I'm reading from you guys and gals I've had myself.
I've had the one of darting my car into the other lane of traffic. Not cause of a suicide thing though, just kind of that 'what would happen if/what would it feel like if' idea that pops into your head with most of these crazy ideas. As an aside, that would be a pretty selfish way of commiting suicide, though I have wondered about that myself when I hear of accidents like that.
Another one is the stairs one. But not, 'oh I feel like I might fall', but rather if someone is walking down in front of me I get this flash of just sweeping out their leg and ruining their day... or neck.
It's weird, I'm not a violent guy at all, in fact I've been pigeonholed much the other way, but I will get these weird homicidal flashes through my brain. Like when your sitting with someone and listening to them at dinner. It doesn't even have to be a person you are not fond of or a story that's boring you, but like the stairs thing I'll see a flash of a picture of me stabbing them in the eyeball with a fork in my head.
I dated a girl back in my undergrad who had D-cup boobs. Every time I walked through one of those scales at a grocery store, I imagined weighing her boobs on one of them.
i litterly just laughed out loud and my daughter wants to know what is so funny. Weighing her boobs
Dumb thought, if someone was to chuck a large rock off a overpass at my truck like what has happened in the news and i saw it happening would i look up as it comes down and think wtf is that.

When I was a kid I got hook almost on my eye, it was literally about a mm from my eye. The guy was just yanking too (he thought he was got on something, obviously he didn't know it was my eye).
My mom, dad and a bunch of other people in the area started yelling "STOP STOP, YOU GOT IT HOOKED ON HIS EYE!!!"
It was out camping so I had to go to the medical area in Innisfail and on the way back we almost smoked a deer head on. Luckily we stopped just in time.

I sleep naked lots... Works great for when the kids get up in the night, I look over at the wife and say "you get them, I'm naked"
