Plans for new stadium in Regina approved.

The project calls for a new stadium in the yards by 2016, with housing, retail and commercial development slated for the current stadium site.

It's gonna have a dome on it?? Haven't been following the news closely, knew they were looking for a new stadium, didn't realize it was domed. That's so lame. I hate watching football games in a dome, just sucks the atmosphere right out of the place.

The Als released DL Luc Mullinder, a former Rider, and apparently the Stamps are interested in his services.

Unless it can be opened...in which case it helps when blizzards or -45C weather arrives.

And just like that it looks like he has signed in Hamilton.

Oh its retractable? That's much different.

Still, I like seeing teams play in some of those ridiculous weather games, to me that's just football. I'm still praying at some point in my lifetime the Saints will ditch the dome and go face the elements outside.

A dome, although crappy in beautiful summer weather, would be amazing for those winter games in SSK.

They could also host the GC every few years right up there with TO and BC.

Dylan Steenbergen has been traded from Montreal to Edmonton for 6th round picks in 2012 and 2013. For a guy that was selected 7th overall that seems like a horrible trade, but Montreal sure knows how to find good quality players and turn them into starters later in the draft.

Apparently Burris' Twitter account posted an offensive tweet about women. Possible hacking?

Calgary Stampeders officials expect to explain Wednesday whether Henry Burris’s Twitter account was hacked or the quarterback himself tweeted crude remarks about women.

For Hank's sake I hope it was hacked. He's always been pretty classy even with minor incidents like the bra thing, which was more funny than offensive.

I'll be honest thought the first thing I thought of was Anthony Wienner's account "hack".

Any idea what it said?

Not sure why the Bombers are so upset. The player was pushed out of bounds, so hes allowed to come back in and be a part of the play.
