Obviously not a Robertson. You can't cut a fool with no Robertson.

Totally unjustified. The poor man was obviously a contractor rushing to a house in need of serious repair. The least the officer should have done was shoot the screwdriver out of his hand.

It was nighttime so lighting would have been iffy at best....the guy had been trying to elude capture for a while....and he pulled something that could just as easily been a knife in the cops eyes....so yes he got shot, and rightfully so in this case.
You know how he could have avoided being shot? Liaten to the cops demands to hit the ground with his hands out after dropping the screwdriver....but he chose his own series of actions and got what could only be expected.
C'est la vie.

Don't be a career criminal just out of jail again, don't go and steal hard working peoples vehicles, don't go and try and escape the cops, don't threated the cops with a weapon. Seeing how he did all of that I don't care that he got shot and died. One less person my taxes have to pay to support, and I'm ok with that since he didn't deserve anymore chances.
You can bash me if you want "maybe he had a bad childhood", "maybe he was on hard times". You still have a choice, clearly he made the wrong choice many times. I won't lose any sleep over this cop shooting him. If anything I feel bad for the cop since now he will be investigated and probably will have some mental health issues because he killed some low life.

The fact that someone died for a preventable reason is tragic.
The fact that he made the choices that obviously would lead to that tragic end means I won't lose any sleep over it.

I can't wait until the media interviews his family and friends. We'll get the usual "he hung out with the wrong crowd and is just now turning his life around".
Bull ship!!!

Fataing pigs! So, let me get this straight... the fellow proffers the officer a refreshing beverage, offering to calmly discuss things over a drink, and the guy just shot him? Just like that?
