The HOH puts 2 people up for eviction. Those 2 nominees, along with the HOH and 3 other people compete for the POV. If one of the 2 nominees wins POV they come off the block and the HOH has to put up a replacement nominee. If the POV isn't used, the 2 nominees stay the same and the house votes on evicting them. So the answer to your question is no. Since both nominees the HOH puts up can play for POV, they can come off the block (they can also come off the block even if they don't win POV, but one of the other 3 randoms takes them off). You are going to hear "backdoor" a lot now since the HOH could put up 2 people he/she doesn't want out, then use the POV to put up a replacment nominee who didn't get to play for veto.

Another spoiler on who the HOH is going to nominate as of this second.
Danielle won HOH and told Kalia that it is bye bye Brenchel. Danielle told her that Brendon is the target this week. So unless he is saved by POV, it seems Brendon is out.

Jordan doing her Rachel impression might be my fav moment of the season so far. She is just so damn cute, I love it.

Haven't watched yesterday's episode yet, but how did super floater Kalia get involved in all the gaming and fighting so suddenly.... Or was it already building up and we just were not privy to it on the show?

^^^Because of a discussion with Danielle where she talked about being on board with the Jeff back door plan. Kalia got into it with Brendan, then Jeff. I was honestly hoping for a bit more from this much anticipated war of words, but it's still a good bitch fest.
And damn OILFAN for posting the spoilers. I want to look, but I don't want to. It's hard to not go over that text with the cursor, but I've been fighting the urge pretty good. Hopefully, my long weekend gets interesting soon and I won't even be thinking of Big Brother for a couple days.

Last night's episode was one of the best in awhile IMO. I am also torn on who I want to win. I like Jeff and Jordan but I do not like Brendan and Rachelle. So it is hard for me to like that foursome. I like Danielle because she is hot and not afraid to strip stuff up but she looks to be in big trouble depending on the outcome of the HOH.
I think I want to see Danielle win the HOH just to see what she will do, that will make things VERY interesting.

Yeah, I just watched it and yesterday was indeed a good episode. I'm totally on the Danielle bandwagon and also gained about 20% more respect for Kalia, especially

Jeff would be crazy to take Brendan off the block if he wins the POV. Sure Rachel would likely be evicted over Jordan, but would it really be worth the risk?

I think the risk is 0. Kalia, Adam, Lawon, Jeff, Shelley all vote for Jordan to stay no contest (Brendon and Porsche are the only 2 who vote for Rachel to stay). You only need 4 votes. Yes this is BB and expect the unexpected but if Jeff/Jordan really want Brendon to stay over Rachel, I could see them doing it. But yeah this is based on what Jeff was saying in the Purple room today (that he wants to win veto to take Brendon off the block).

Below in white are the players that got picked for the POV competition (currently going on):
They picked players for the veto comp. Danielle as HOH gets to play and Brendon and Rachel as the 2 nominees get to play. The other 3 players are Jeff, Porsche, and Adam.

Below in white is the winner of the POV.
Brendon. Interesting to see if he takes himself off the block or uses it on Rachel.

Amazing how the player who would be most interesting to win HOH, POV, etc keeps winning it. I really hope Kalia/Lawon leave soon as they bring nothing to the game. At least Porshe is attractive

Didn't he do the same thing last year? What an idiot.
