Here's some that came to my mind on the subject.

Cowboy Junkies - Someone out there
Quote:
Someone out there kneeling
no one out there listening
but what I want to know
before you save my soul
is who gave that power to that f***er up there?
Depeche Mode - Blasphemous Rumours (I'm not sure how you'd categorize this, but it immediately came to my mind)
Quote:
I don't want to spread any blasphemous rumours
but I think that God's got a sick sense of humour
and when I die I expect to find him laughing
Frank Zappa - The Meek Shall Inherit Nothing
Quote:
Those Jesus freaks
Well they're friendly but
The s*** they believe
Has got their minds all shut
Dead Kennedys - Religious Vomit
Quote:
All religions suck
Dead Kennedys - Moral Majority (obviously less about religion, but anyway)
Quote:
It's the new dark ages with the fascists toting bibles
Bob Dylan - With God on Our Side
Quote:
And you never ask questions
When God's on your side
I think this fits in nicely too.

Marilyn Manson - The Love Song
Quote:
Do you love your gun?
Yeah!
God?
Yeah!
And your government?
F*** yeah!
Questionable, but a great song about personal issues with religion. (The lyrics I found in the internet are a mess btw.)

Me'Shell Ndegeocello - The Way
Quote:
They say you're the way, the light
The light is so blinding
Am I not to question?
Your fathers condemn me
your words are used to enslave me
Hear my prayer

Not true. I am looking at the liner notes right now:

South of Heaven - Lyrics: Araya; Music: Hanneman

Also easily verifiable with Google:

http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.n...2568aa00253a70

http://www.lyricsty.com/slayer-south...en-lyrics.html

Edit: After reading the lyrics, the song does not sound at all "atheist" to me. It sounds more like the corruption of religion and how heretics are going to go to hell. You are right that King's songs are a lot more down the atheist road though.

How did this topic get to 4 pages without anyone mentioning Highway To Hell by ACDC?

Religion changed the face of man, thou shalt not kill, we all are gone
The seed of ignorance is born thou shalt not think, thou shalt conform

The pigs order us to follow orders and obey
The flies drink the decaying nectar of their tortured effigy

Cling to wasted beliefs and visions and bathe in apathy again
No solution, the retribution of spiritual sickness begins

The legacy of suffering is through, the guilt we bear shall not tear us in two

Born we are the same, within the silence, indfference by thy name
Torn we walk alone, we sleep in silent shades
The grandeur fades, the meaning never known

If nothing in the world can change our children will inherit nothing

Born we are the same, within the silence, indfference by thy name
Torn we walk alone, we sleep in silent shades
The grandeur fades, the meaning never known

The pigs call for pure submission and fall into the fray
The lonely hunter beats his shallow drum, the soundtrack of world disarray

Cling to wasted beliefs and visions and bathe in apathy again
No solution, the retribution of spiritual sickness begins

Born we are the same, within the silence, indfference by thy name
Torn we walk alone, we sleep in silent shades
The grandeur fades, the meaning never known

If nothing in the world can change our children will inherit nothing

Codes and Keys is about as atheist as it gets so if this is your thing you may be able to forgive how boring the album is musically
