Dexter is miles above true blood. I'd recommend Sons Of Anarchy and Breaking Bad. Sons IMHO is the best show on television, I love everything about it.
ha, since making the thread I have watched all four shows and countless others as well.
I still haven't watched The Wire or The Shield, but I plan on it.
I can't remember a lower budget and poorly produced "reality" show in a while. It's painful. Makes fear factor look like an Emmy winning show.
I thought 101 ways to leave a game show was hilarious. The host just loves it, and they dont even have any exit interviews with the people that get kicked off. And they dont look like theyre very well secured to anything.
Or maybe its just because I was baked when I watched it...
4 episodes in to Louie now and I got to say it is hilarious. It is on FX and is on season 2.
Stars Louie C.K. and is a lot like Lucky Louie (which was on HBO), except it has a lot of stand-up in it. The show is about half stand-up and half actual show, which focuses on his life.
I just got through the first season of Breaking Bad. I did really like it but sometimes the 'junkie' acting jobs was so brutal. Hopefully that improves.
I'm a few episodes into Louie - absolutely hilarious.
I'm 10 episodes into the first season and I love it. I have always thought Louie CK was one of the funniest guys around so I'm glad he's got another show.
