Bahahahah I love watching the Riders get PWN3D.

Marian Durant is being exposed for the garbage QB he is.

Alex Brink is the 3rd stringer. Once Tate is back, does Bishop get released? Maybe back to the Peg?

I figured the Riders would take a step backwards this year but I had no idea they would be this bad. About to be 0-3 with Als up next.

I think that was a bad call on the video replay - That wasn't an incomplete pass, dude got stripped. That said, doesn't matter as Durrant threw a pick two plays later.

As much as I hate the Riders, even I'm starting to feel bad for them. Just... not enough to want it to turn around.

I don't feel bad for the Riders. I work with some Rider fans so this makes me happy. They are probably drowning in their beer right now.

No kidding. How was that not a complete pass. He tucked it under his arm and took two steps.

Jesus Christ Saskatchewan... how do you fail to get anything when you have first and goal from the 1?

Its nice to see Riders fans humbled. We will see how the self proclaimed best fans in the league support their team now they are back to playing classic Riders football.

I think we are seeing that Durant is nothing more than a passable QB that benefitted from having a lot of playmaking receivers. Throwing deep and getting bailed out by excellent receivers and PI calls isn't going to pay off forever especially once the receiver talent goes from excellent to very average.

I suspect it'll be back to the early 2000s days of Marvin Graves and less than 20,000 people in the stands.

Glen Suitor must be crying himself to sleep right now.

I live about 3 blocks from Commonwealth Stadium and I can say that the mosquitos in this area (due to ravines and river valley) right now are the worst that I have ever experienced in my entire life.

they were supposed to have sprayed yesterday, but if they did, it had no effect. It will be an issue in the game, even if the players have bug spray on.

Ricky Ray's "accuracy" might impress me if he ever threw the ball more than 6 yards in the air.

He really does have nice touch and the secret to his success has always been time in the pocket as he doesn't have a cannon arm to fit the ball in tight spots. He needs time for his receivers to get separation and he's getting that. His accuracy stats are inflated by years of dink and dunking though. You have to wonder if the Eskimos are really this good as the teams they have played so far are a combined 1-8. I would suspect that they will eventually come back to the pack but there's no doubt they are improved.

That is the key to beating the Esks, you cannot let Ray have all day because he will just find guys sitting in the soft zone or eventually in man to man coverage someone will get open. So far this year, they have really protected him well and the Esks are actually stretching the field. They are improved by I think its clear that the Lions were overrated coming out of preseason and the Riders have really fallen back to earth.

From Arash Madani, Winnipeg is not bringing a veteran QB but you never know things could change since Pierce will not last the whole season.

Torn ACL? Wow, the guy deserves respect considering he gutted out the last few drives with that injury, and almost got them the win. You could see he was limping quite a bit.

Man seeing the Riders get crushed yesterday was so satisfying. My favourite moment came when Getzlaf was sitting on the ground with his arms in the air wondering where requisite Rider drive sustaining pass interference call was...sweet justice.

I was at the game and never saw even one skeeter.
