1) Wander around the Mission and get one of the famous burritos there. They sell them everywhere and they are delicious. You can go hang out in Mission Dolores park and eat the burrito.
2) Tartine is a famous bakery that's also in the Mission.
3) Go to City Lights bookstore in North Beach, which is an Italian part of town. That whole neighbourhood is great. Across the street from City Lights was this really cool bar with a balcony. I can't remember what it was called, but it was really cool inside and many famous beatnik writers used to go there.
4) MOMA and the Legion of Honor Museum. MOMA is modern art, and the Legion has older pieces. Both are cool and the architecture is great.
5) AT&T park is a nice park and a great place to view the Golden Gate bridge.
6) There is a rooftop bar at the InterContinetal Mark Hopkins, a famous hotel. The drinks are about 20 dollars each, so you'd only want to drink one and enjoy the view.
7) At Neiman Marcus there is a restaurant called the Rotunda. It's also expensive, but they serve these amazing popovers to start and the restaurant is underneath a beautiful stained glass dome. A good place for lunch.
Hope this helps.

Definitely going to check some of these out.

Best burrito was at La Taqueria on Mission & 25th St.
AT&T Park - do you mean the Bay Bridge? I don't think you can see the Golden Gate from AT&T Park.

South Bay, actually. If you have a car, go to Curpitino Village (head south on HWY-280, exit on Wolfe, head north for 2 blocks, a bunch of places on the left). A lot of people I know up in SF actually come to south bay for chinese food.
Better mexican food in South Bay too, particularly San Jose downtown.

I'm going to SF in two days for a vacation. Got row 1 tickets for the Giants in the Arcade, very stoked. Bringing the bikes down on the car, going to bike around town. Any can't miss sights, eats, drinks?
Very interested in the Mexican food.

You can bike across the Golden Gate bridge, and take a ferry back from Saulsolito.
Try and see a band at the Fillmore.

Yeah thats pretty popular. Better if you can take the route through Crissy Fields.
I forgot to mention this place for Dim Sum, its in Daly City an an easy train ride from SF.

Which game are you going to? They aren't playing there until Monday. I'll be there for the July 8-10 games.
If you are biking to the game there is a bike storage center provided free of charge and monitored by the Giants staff. It's on the back of the building near the Marina Gate.
I've been about 15 times to SF and the biggest thing I realized is I don't need to take transit anywhere. I walked from the Grand Hyatt to Fisherman's Wharf three times last week and it was much faster than waiting for a cable car and then riding it there. I used to take the Muni to the games but realized it's quicker and easier to walk. As long as you have a good pair of shoes, or in your case a bike, you'll be fine.
As for sites, many places have been listed in the thread.
