Thanks Girly. Now that hockey is over, tennis is the only thing we look forward to watching.

Dancevic up 6-2, 6-2, 4-2 40-15 when it rained again! (so he's pretty much into the main draw) Dubois still hasn't started.

-----

Djokovic has another opportunity to claim #1. Same as at the French, Novak just needs to make the final to be #1.

-----------

EDIT: Dancevic is IN but Dubois is out again at the last stage, this time in straight sets.

Dubois has been chosen as a lucky loser! So she's IN.

Mango: Cjlisters withdrawal gets Dubois in!

I've heard so far that the Canadians made out like bandits as qualifiers were placed, Dancevic drew a clay-courter while Wozniak and Dubois both drew other qualifiers.

The girl who beat Dubois drew Hantuchova (doesn't seem fair does it).

So FIVE Canadians playing singles at Wimbledon this year.

I haven't seen a full update of the draw yet, once I do, I'll update the front page

I''ve added the qualifers and lucky losers to the draw.

4 Canadians play on Monday, the 3 women and Milos.

Raonic against Fognini will be insane. Might be a long one, might be full of antics.

fognini withdraws and the luck loser Gicquel gets in.

Not a problem though at Raonic beats the french veteran in straight sets

Wimbledon rained out for the rest of the day except Centre Court which has the new roof. Murray on right now, the sound of the ball being hit has an echo which is pretty cool.

Marino, Dubois, Wozniak and Dancevic all go tomorrow probably (weather pending)

Hope to see it. Milos has to beat the tricky lefty Gilles Muller of Luxembourg in the 2nd round.

Has a Canadian ever been seeded at a grand slam before Raonic?

Never, the highest Canadian men's player was Rusedski at #40 (until he bolted)

Not a bad morning for the Canadian ladies with wins from Dubois and Marino. Wozniak lost.

Wozniak had her chances.. lost the first set tiebreak 9-7

Dancevic coming up in about 20 minutes.

Isner-Mahut aren't schedule until 6pm in London. Expect that one to go until Thursday!

This Dancevic match is like a bad episode of Bon Frank, Bad Frank.
Up 2 sets, Frank blows the next two sets, include the 4th in a tiebreak.

Onto the 5th, ugh...

----

Also saw a clip of court 17 where the Irish guy has forced a 5th set. They are packed into that court, standing on the seats on other courts trying to yell.

They said this is the first Irishman to make the men's draw at Wimbledon since 1965!

Yikes. Dancevic really can't close out a match, can he? It reminds me of the blown lead at the Davis Cup a few months back.

2 hrs and 2 mins was all it took for Isner to win his repeat match up between Mahut.

For those who forgot about last year
