Icon20 LF: Landscaping/concrete work

Hey All,

I am looking at getting some landscaping done at my new place in Cranston, right now it is a pile of dirt.

We want to do either paving stones, or coloured/stamped concrete.

What we need is a two tiered flower bed in the front, and in the rear a patio under the walkout deck, a circular fire place area, and a pathway from the fire pit area to the stairs.

We may also get trees etc, but will prolly end up doing that ourselves.

Thanks,

I'm going to second this.

I'm looking for someone that can rip out my lawn, and do an exposed aggregate pad in my back yard. It's about 25' x 25'.

Maybe do some interlocking brick here and there as well (along the house or something)

I hate mowing.

Another big bump...

Anyone know a good estimate per square foot for stamped concrete? (nothing too fancy, rectanglular pad with rounded corners or something) Fairly level yard.

Can anyone recommend a landscaping company for a consult/estimate? For the most part, looking on how to take care of what we have (bought new house last fall) and want to add a couple of trees potentially.

Thanks.

Do you know if they design and prep of the area, or do they simply come and pour concrete once everything is planned out?

Those looking for non-concrete related landscaping work, pm me.

My brother and I have over 10 years combined experience. We can do fences, paving stones, beds, sodding, trees planted, whatever you need.

We can do concrete too, but kinda bored of it which is why I'm posting here.

Specifically, I'm looking at a solution to an issue we have - discussed in the thread:
Link: http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showthread.php?t=127406

An option might be do build a slight extension to widen our driveway making a u-shaped "channel" by concrete or paving stones or something similar. Pictures are linked in the other thread.

Thanks
