				 Birthday Dinner suggestions

It's the wife's birthday on saturday and I'm just trying to think of some place in the south end of town to take her.
Just wondering if there's anywhere nice on Mcleod, besides the usual chain restaraunts and pubs

There is nothing women enjoy more than copious amounts of hot meat. I therefore recommend Gaucho's Brazilian BBQ on Macleod.

if your wife's into sushi I suggest Kinjo on MacLeod (across form Camper's Village). Fun atmosphere and the staff'll sing to her and provide that general birthday embarassment.

How about the ranche? The atmosphere is great and the food is usually very good. It is rather expensive, but maybe for a once a year thing it would be a good spot.

I'm not sure what your wife wants for dinner but I'm sure she'd appreciate it if you dined at the Y for her birthday.

He specifically asked for something along Macleod and in the south end of town. Good choices though.

Bang on. Was going to suggest the same. Two people, with a drink, salad, soup, main course (consisting of the most amazing steak and stuffed potatoe EVER) and the most rediculously tasty cheese bread for just around $100? No brainer.

Set in a low light dining room with the firepit as a focal point....if you have never eaten here before, you owe it to yourself and your wife to do so.

Trust me, you can't go wrong here.

Forget a restaurant, cook for her dude. I have done that quite often and it's much more appreciated. Look up some neat recipes, do it yourself, some nice wine. Trust me.
I made some risotto recently with roasted chicken and caramelized onions. Fun and went over very well indeed.

If he cooks for her on a regular basis, then it is much better to take her out for a nice meal somewhere. Take her to a place that is above your normal price range once a year and splurge on her. That is way better than attempting to make something new in the kitchen.

Obviously you thought of that scene, as it was one of the very few that were funny in that movie.

For a birthday dinner, go to Caesars. How far south do you want to be? What about Chinook area? I want to try out that new Chop place, but I have heard mixed reviews...

If you're looking for a good night out, just go down to Tommy Burger. You won't be disappointed.
