I'm eager to see in the next few days if the 2009 Camaro concept is the same as the pics leaked last month.
If so, VERY similar styles albeit both are still concepts, 2 years away from seeing road..

Thats a Nissan Z.
Just my opinion, I'd prefer to get the Infiniti G35 coupe as opposed to the Z.
And for roadsters same look, less power, but:

I agree with you on the Challenger. It looks like Foose's hands are all over it. You know this one is going to be a BIG seller! Chrysler keeps raising the bar for the North American manufacturers. Awesome looking vehicles coming from Daimler and Co.

Yeah, but you get your ass handed to you by them motorized scooters the old people drive around the mall! 
GM screwed up again by not putting a small 6 in the car. The 2.4 litre 4 banger just doesn't get it done. And the thing handles like its in mud. Looks great, but its not a very good vehicle. I have a feeling it will have the shelf life of the Fiero.

I'd agree if I didn't live in the random climate capital of North America 
Plus the G35 has a back seat so a baby seat will fit back there  Increased chance of convincing the wife! Ok, 0.05% increase, but an increase nevertheless!

How about 260HP? With 260lbs torque. In its cousin the Solstice GXP.

Stock motor is a 2.4 4 cyl VVT with 170HP. The redline version will be a turbocharged 260 HP engine. As for handling, I'll wait and see what suspension upgrades come with the GXP/Redline. Looks wise, I really like the sky though.
EDIT: Apparently 0-60 in 5.5. That will eat your Z roadster for lunch (Not dissing the Z, I would love to roll around in a Z coupe).

There's a fun little car. I had two of them, but had to get rid of them when they started to become too expensive to maintain. Once you get out of warranty, they just cost too much. And I also found out they are susceptable to serious suspension damage from normal driving. Beware the strut pillars/towers! If you drive over rough roads on a daily basis they will deform the caps and cause irrepairable suspension damage and make the car worthless. Keep an eye on it. First sign of deformation, get rid of the vehicle. Its a $2K repair (US$) that also makes the car untradeable to a Mini dealer.

Yeah, we'll see. I'll take my 300 horses (naturally aspired) and put it against that GM junk. I know one of the product trainers (the GM proving grounds are here in Phoenix, out in Mesa) and he was all hyped about the car when it was on the drawing board, but now that its been released he's found it to be terribly under-powered and a worse performer in the corners, and hugely disappointed. Having driven the Solstice I don't think a more powerful engine is going to help it. If the car won't handle, why bother? I'll give GM credit, they are at least trying. Not succeeding in any shape or form, but they are trying. GM has a problem with over-promising and under-delivering. The Solstice/Sky platform is another in a long line of swings and misses IMO. I'll keep my Jap scrap.
