If you passed grade 7 you should have learnt that. If not, sorry don't like having conversations with the uneducated. Maybe you were busy driving professionally those days in school.

No doubt about that and MCD's will even detail the nutritional malfunctions on their site but people eat it up. It is all there for people to ignore....

A big part of this story, and a big part of why this guy isn't monstrously obese, is that he never orders the french fries or pop to accompany it.
At least he gets some sustenance from the burger, but the pop is pure empty calories, and the fries are greasier than greasy.

Diet has little to do with causing high cholesterol, but a healthy diet can be a part of controlling it once it has developed.

A bigmac is probably not much different nutritionally than a burger you make at home.
Not sure why people think the ingredients that get delivered to McDonald's get more unhealthy once they get inside or that McDonald's does something to make them worse for you.

Certain foods have types of fat that raise your cholesterol level. - Saturated fat raises your low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol level more than anything else in your diet.
- Trans fatty acids (trans fats) are made when vegetable oil is hydrogenated to harden it. Trans fatty acids also raise cholesterol levels.
- Cholesterol is found in foods that come from animal sources, for example, egg yolks, meat, and cheese.

Technically he's probably only at about 15k as the Big Mac has shrunken many times over the years. I remember when if you ate two of those things you were stuffed big time, nowadays it's just a snack.
