Congrats!!! Hats and jerseys are awesome!
We had problems every time we played you. In fact, I think the Puckers were my least favourite team to play against.

Rebels. Ahem... Div 5 HNA Champs

And yes, congrats BC Chris. You must have been very excited in order to go to that length. My excitement wore of after a couple days. Hah. Is the dude in the suit your coach? That is pretty cool for rec league.

Its funny, cause I think that truly showed how good of a team we could be when people actually showed up. We had some great games against you...its a shame we couldn't meet you in the playoffs.

my team is awesome - just a great bunch of guys. it's no big deal to make up the caps and stuff (perks of my biz!!)

the guy in the suit is one of the top point getters on my team. he's currently out with an 'upper body' injury.... he cracked a rib playing co-ed hockey - i think a girl took him out - seriously! we're not allowed to talk about it! ha! ha!

anyways, he came out and coached the forwards while one of my subs came out and coached the d-men

talk about commitment to the team!

Are you guys talking about a goalie? A goalie named Dustin?

BC-Chris, you ever put your team in tourneys?? We are about to wrap up the HNA Slush Cup tourney today and are looking for somehting in Kelowna later this summer! We're a Div 3 WRAHL / Div 4-5 HNA tourney team looking at making a few stops this year.

We could always just come out and play a few "friendlies" against you guys and then head out on the water / town!!

hey flamesrule

the colts as a team have yet to play in any tournies... this was only our second season as a team. i know myself along with all the guys have played in numerous tournies over the years (i'm in one on may 27/28/29). as a team we've talked about it.... actually, earlier this year we were thinking of going out to montreal and playing in the CHE (canadian hockey enterprises) tourney... the biggest problem was cost... it's hard to justify to the 'significant others' spending so much $$ just to play hockey for a couple of days.... "honestly honey... 2 mortgage payments or playing 4 games of hockey..." ha! ha!... you won't win that argument!

if your team is going to be in town i'm sure my guys would be into some friendlies - it would be a blast!!!!

i know i'm running my own hockey thru june/july/aug.... the main goal is to get my guys skating/playing together before our season starts up in september

fire me a pm for when you'll be in town and we can figure something out

Hahaha, yeah, some of my teammates have the same problem.

We're pretty keen to get out to the Okanagan this summer so I think we may be able to swing tomething. We've thought about the CHE one as well. Maybe see if a couple other teams in your league are intersted as well.
