For all intents and purposes, yes. But you'll still have to buy it from a drug dealer and never carry around more than an ounce and/or scale.

Technically no, so beware of that angry RCMP officer who has nothing better to do.

Marijuana Smokers Face Rapid Lung Destruction -- As Much As 20 Years Ahead Of Tobacco Smokers

Quote:
A condition often caused by exposure to toxic chemicals or long-term exposure to tobacco smoke, bullous lung disease (also known as bullae) is a condition where air trapped in the lungs causes obstruction to breathing and eventual destruction of the lungs
Quote:
The study "Bullous Lung Disease due to Marijuana" also finds that the bullous lung disease can easily go undetected as patients suffering from the disease may show normal chest X-rays and lung functions. High-resolution CT scans revealed severe asymmetrical, variably sized bullae in the patients studied. However, chest X-rays and lung functions were normal in half of them.

Lead author Dr. Matthew Naughton says, "What is outstanding about this study is the relatively young ages of the lung disease patients, as well as the lack of abnormality on chest X-rays and lung functions in nearly half of the patients we tested."

He added, "Marijuana is inhaled as extremely hot fumes to the peak inspiration and held for as long as possible before slow exhalation. This predisposes to greater damage to the lungs and makes marijuana smokers are more prone to bullous disease as compared to cigarette smokers."

On tv recently:

http://www.cbc.ca/documentaries/natu...ownsideofhigh/

Teenagers who start smoking marijuana before the age of sixteen are four times more likely to become schizophrenic. That's the startling conclusion of some of the world's top schizophrenia experts, whose research is featured in the new documentary The Downside of High.

Complete BS. Ya know its funny alcohol has been shown to cause more problems than smoking dope, yet its legal and taxed. Its like turning on the TV and seeing a beer commercial right after an anti-drug ad. If this is a government funded study I wouldnt read too much into it. I know people who have been smoking for years and still no signs of psychosis.

Seemed fair, given that the logic you used to make your argument was roughly on par with a 4th grader.

Stupid posts deserve equally stupid responses.

Toronto Freedom Festival was held recently...

I think the cops could have arrested half the city of Toronto if they wanted to.
Maybe this explains Toronto's Love for the "Buds".

All Im trying to say is I think the anti-cannabis campaigning by the government has negatively influenced the average opinion of the drug. Make sense?

I find it kinda funny that pot seems to have a bigger effect on those that are opposed to it than people who support it and use it regularly. I don't see what the big deal is. I guarantee that every single one of the "anti-pot" group in here knows 2-3 people, or more, in their lives that smoke regularly that the anti person has no idea about and would be surprised to hear that they did.

As far as the health risks (which seem to be pretty minimal) are concerned, get a vapourizer, it becomes about as harmful as caffeine at that point.

Pots list of side effects are laughable and completely inconsequential compared to 90%+ of prescription drugs that doctors and pharmacists dole out on an every day basis.

neither, the general consensus generated by several psychological studies contend that marijuana use increases the likelihood of schizophrenia being unlocked in individuals that are genetically susceptible or more likely to get it. Basically every human has a certain likelihood of getting schizophrenia, some more than others based on their genetics, but it is the genetics (nature) as well as an individuals lifestyle (nurture) that determines whether they get schizophrenia. You might be very resistant to it and have no family history but if you are extremely stressed, extremely unhealthy and you take a lot of psychoactives your odds go through the roof.

This post is so logically flawed I don't know where to begin. I don't know why a study suggesting that a substance that alters your mood could have potentially damaging long term effects is labeled as "anti-pot." Can't is just be educational?

Not if pot has made you paranoid-schizophrenic, it can`t.
