I'm confused, the implication is that because they're from Montreal then they can't be Conservative? Because, that's ridiculous.
Who knows who is making these calls out. But one thing is clear, one party clearly benefits over the others by lowering turnout and that's the CPC. So prove otherwise.

It doesn't matter at all that the person identified himself as a CPC candidate. Obviously it wasn't a CPC candidate, but the person can call themselves whatever they want. Has no bearing at all on who it actually is. Doesn't make it any more or less likely to be someone affiliated with the CPC.

Based on that logic it is safe to assume Layton is at a rub-n-tug right now and the Liberals are currently stealing some $40M of our tax money.
There is currently no evidence it is the Conservatives behind this. Whomever it is, I hope they catch them and throw them in jail.

Not at all. It could be the Conservatives just as it could be any other party. The only thing we do know is that the calls came from Montreal, which is somehow all the evidence evman needs to form his conclusion, which makes no sense.

I really have no proof of anything. Only inferences based on past actions. It's not enough to send someone to jail, put it's enough to confidently point a finger. You have to have serious blinders on not to be able to see this as blatant CPC style guerrilla tactics, born from the school of "do whatever it takes to gain power" that Harper adheres to.
