I think it is rather funny how in recent memory the Liberals have come closer to practising what the Conservatives preach yet they are still a 'tax and spend' party unworthy of electing.

I find it odd that the Lib supporters think we ought to ignore the statement of the PM and every other member of the CPC party who has spoken on this issue, particulalry because this is a sensitive issue. In reality though this guy is the PM who would be in the know for these things.

How are the cross burnings in Hedy Fry's neighborhood going?

Ha ha that's hilarious and of course bound to be completely authentic.

Can't wait for the one showing Iffy wearing tattered jeans and patched shirts because his family was just a poor immigrant family, and his quote being about how he likes the soup from the soup kitchen on Wednesdays better than Sundays.

What about guys like me who are undecided?

I have no idea what Hedy Fry did or said actually? I don't even know what riding she's in...never really gave it a second thought.

I just love that Stephen Harper's pet peeve is reality... after all, it has a liberal bias.

You're about as undecided as Iffy is when it comes to who to vote for. As has been pointed out repeatedly in this thread, you have slagged every single party save one, whom you have vigorously defended at every turn.

The funniest thing is that before the campaign I took an Ekos poll and was undecided and leaning CPC.

I've laid out some comments about the Liberals here though and nobody seems to care. Who can I argue with if I just say I'm voting for Harper? I think debate and disagreement are awesome and really the healthiest part of a democracy.

I want to know what a "cross-country 'bus driver'" is.

Sounds like either a drug thing or a kinky sex thing. Either way, go Steve.

Who is saying that you should ignore it? People are just saying that it isn't something to be read into. Heck, even if it is true and a Conservative majority would see federal funding for Planned Parenthood come to an end, so what? That should probably be funded provincially anyway and it's not like this would have any affect on abortion laws, so what would you like to see Conservative supporters do? Disown the party because of something that is so inconsequential even if it is true? I think the appropriate response is not to blow this out of proportion.

Probably worth mentioning on May 2, but people who "tweet" election results early could face a $25 000 fine. And there's some folks who are intent on doing just that.

I'm for free speech and all (which I believe is the normal claimed defense), but I think that election results should be sealed until EVERY polling station has closed.

The people reporting results aren't technology-packing heroes (which is often the self-promoting claim), they're idiots. Why not go setup your Marijuana Party pamphlets next to the voting booth as well?

I would love to see the full weight of the law come down on these people.

(My apologies to the Pot Party......just picked a group at random.....figured they'd be too disinterested to get pissed at me)
