You don't need interviews to know that pro wrestling is fake. No one can take the abuse they dish out in the ring and not incure serious medical problems.

Terry Grant was very sincere with his answers. He's also involved with a local search and rescue group near High River. He uses the same tracking skills on his TV show. You think he's fibbing? Believe what you want.

No, I just don't believe everything I am fed. I can think for myself, I can come to my own opinions about stuff and they may be wrong or right but they are mine none the less. I am not a media sheep that believes everything he reads or is told, especially when there is a profit to be made from it.

Good post and your right. I just have a hard time believing they do this whole race, then have everybody redo the whole thing just to make it look better for tv. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time. Stupid bear.....

Re-shooting key "scenes" is probably a lot easier then you think/making it out to be.

Couple actions shots, jumping through bush, couple steady shots, hiding in bush.

I highly doubt they track down each specific location where Doan and his brother hide, or ran away, or swan or .. whatever. Likely they shot scenes that were similar and that told the story of what happened.

They re-create what happened. Not do a take-by-take remake.
