Where can I get a custom coffee mug made?

I want to get myself a custom coffee mug to keep at work. Does anyone know of a place that you can create a mug with a picture of yourself on it? I want to put a picture of myself doing a stupid thumbs up pose or something like that. Kind of like the Steve-O back tattoo.

Any suggestions?
